We rented a car for 5 weeks and everything was perfect! We got a nice VW polo that was working great. What was even better was the communication with Manuel. Everything is easy going, we don't have to worry about anything. When we arrived he was waiting for us and everything was quick and smooth, without being hasty. Perfect! We'll definitely rent here again if we're on the island

Perfect! Just perfect! Manuel is a really nice guy. He replied quickly by whatsapp and gave us a good price for a 7 seat car for 3 days. All insurance, no deposit, no hidden fees. He took the car to our hotel and went to pick it up from there too as it was close to their office. We would recommend Do Chill rent a car to anyone who would want to rent a car in gran canaria. I have rent a car for one week for my holiday in Gran Canaria. I booked and made arrangements by email. The staff is very kind and helpful. I arrived on saturday, and I could not come before the afternoon at the office. The staff handled my booking and bring the car directly to the hotel, so I could find it and use already after the check in in hotel. Then we met and agreed on the delivery of the car at the end of the rent. The car was good, almost new. (a Volkswagen Polo, manual transmission). I can say a very good service. I would recommend it.

Truly a TOP company and a very good choice! You can drive away from the airport without hassle and waiting at a counter. When we returned, David was waiting for us on the same parking deck (P1) and we were immediately ready to walk into the terminal. We never want more than to book with Manuel and David. I created an inquiry by email and received an answer with an offer for a vehicle within 1 hour. We then met briefly with the boss and discussed everything again as it said in the email. We then got the keys and we had a wonderful 9 days in the car on the island. Overall everything was very easy and Manuel is very generous, polite and very helpful.
