Uma vergonha...pedem os documentos todos e mais alguns.mandamos tudo,dizem que esta tudo bem mandam pagar e no fim dizem que nao alugam porque nao temos DNI espanhol...depois para devolver o dinheiro dizem que demora 7 dias...uma vergonha...fizeram grande drama por ser-mos portugueses...quase que racismo. Fujam desta empresa..
It's a shame... they ask for all the documents and then some. We send everything, they say everything is fine, they tell us to pay and in the end they say they won't rent because we don't have a Spanish DNI... then to return the money they say it will take 7 days... .a shame...they made a big deal out of us being Portuguese...almost racist. Avoid this company..
100% de confianza. Trato directo con el dueno de la sucursal, que te da las facilidades para tener tu coche de alquiler sin ningun problema. Ademas, si hay algun inconveniente, te la resuelve rapidamente. Los coches estan en buen mantenimiento dentro de lo que son los usos entre tantos clientes. Sin duda, ya tienen una cliente fiel.

We rented a car in Oscar de Parla for this weekend and I can say that the experience has been good, from the telephone service to answer our questions, to the delivery and collection.
