Llevamos la furgoneta a revision. Tenian que hacer la revision y cambiar un palier, hacia ruido y hacia saltitos. Vamos a buscarlo y los ruidos eran mas. Habia una rueda delantera sin aire. Le ponemos aire y lo pierde todo. Ponemos la de repuesto y vemos que habian cambiado las dos ruedas delanteras. La que perdio el aire tenia un globo como el puno. De vuelta al taller, la cambian y todavia estamos esperando algun tipo de disculpa. Era una rueda delantera de una furgoneta que tenia que ir hasta Madrid. Menos mal que no nos peto por la autopista a 120km/ h. Supongo que son profesionales. Quien deja salir una furgoneta en estas caracteristicas???? Nos podiamos haber matado. Muy mal la gestion.
We took the van for inspection. They had to do the inspection and change a bearing, it made noise and jumped. We went to look for it and the noises were more. There was a front tire without air. We put air on it and it loses everything. We put the spare one in and see that they had changed the two front wheels. The one who lost her breath had a balloon like her fist. Back at the shop, they change it and we are still waiting for some kind of apology. It was a front wheel of a van that had to go to Madrid. Thank goodness we didn't hit the highway at 120km/h. I guess they are professionals. Who lets out a van with these characteristics???? We could have been killed. Very bad management.
Estuve la semana pasada alli y me trataron muy bien. Las chicas de recepcion geniales, en especial Ana, que fue la primera en atenderme. Hubo un problema de papeleo y en todo momento me mantuvieron informado. No puedo pedir mas. Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo y dedicacion!

Autentic desastre. El meu seguro em va donar la opcio de reparar el cotxe aqui, despres de portar el cotxe a peritar s'han desentes completament, porto setmanes perseguintlos i trucant pero no hi ha forma d'aconseguir que facin la reparacio encara que ja m'han dit que tenen el presupost acceptat.
Real disaster. My insurance gave me the option to repair the car here, after taking the car to an expert they completely disagreed, I have been chasing them and calling for weeks but there is no way to get them to do the repair even though they have already said they have the budget accepted.
