Alquile una furgoneta el dia 10, el vehiculo correcto pero entregandolo sin ningun problema y deposito lleno me encuentro un cargo al devolver el deposito de 12'5EUR, como lo devolvi despues del cierre y deje las llaves en el buzon no se ni a que concepto corresponde el cargo, a todas luces injustificado , no voy a perder el tiempo discutiendo los.12EUR simplemente no alquilo mas vehiculos alli. Por otra parte el deposito excesivo, 400 EUR aun contratando el seguro suplementario que limita la responsabilidad a 250

He tenido que alquilar una furgoneta, nunca antes lo habia hecho, la verdad es que todo ha ido muy bien, vehiculo en perfectas condiciones, puntuales a la hora de la entrega y el trato magnifico, destacar a Jesus por su trato profesional dandome toda clase de explicaciones y ser una persona tan sincera, no dudare si en alguna ocasion tengo que repetir a la hora de alquilar un vehiculo, se donde lo alquilare. Un trato excelente! Alquilamos en dos ocasiones una furgoneta, un par de meses atras. Jesus nos trato fantasticamente y, a pesar de entregar en una ocasion uno de los vehiculos con un aranazo, todo fueron facilidades. Si alguna vez necesitamos alquilar de nuevo sin duda acudiremos a ellos.

Buenas tardes, Hace unos dias tuve que alquilar una furgoneta (que estaba en perfecto estado) para acabar de realizar la mudanza y me puse en contacto con ellos. Realmente recibi trato excelente, tanto la chica que me atendio al telefono y el chico que me atendio cuando fui a buscar y dejar la furgoneta en la delegacion de Parets. Tengo que decir que estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento y sobretodo la buena educacion y el transmitir simpatia. Otro dia que me haga falta alquilar un vehiculo, creo que tengo claro donde acudir. Es la primera vez que alquilo una furgoneta y todo perfecto! Gran variedad de vehiculos para escoger. Facil comunicacion y entendimiento, y el precio es correcto. Lo mejor, el trato recibido por Jesus, en la oficina de Parets. Una persona encantadora. Cuando fuimos a por la furgoneta tuvimos un trato excelente. Despues, tuvimos un imprevisto con la caravana que remolcaba y, en todo momento, se comunicaba con nosotros para saber como estabamos, me preguntaba por la situacion y me informaba de las posibilidades que teniamos para entregar el vehiculo, tranquilizando y facilitando la situacion. Muchas gracias Jesus! Si necesito alquilar otro vehiculo no dudare. Y lo recomendare a las personas cercanas a mi que necesiten de este servicio.
