Pongo una estrella porque no puedo dejarlo en blanco. Reservamos una furgoneta con un mes de antelacion para hacer una mudanza, el dia anterior a la mudanza a las 20:30 h nos comunican que no pueden alquilarnosla y nos dejan tirados. ademas nos decian que no era culpa suya, sino del cliente anterior. Vaya empresa que mira por el cliente! vergonzoso!
I put a star because I can't leave it blank. We reserved a van a month in advance to make a move, the day before the move at 8:30 p.m. they told us that they could not rent it to us and left us stranded.
