We were more times infromed our car was ready to pick up. We have organized everything to pick it up and during the day came info it is still not ready. Finally during first pick up try Europcar gave me my ID3 without any documents. Literally nothing. Lady on the stuff tried to persuade me its problem from Barcelona and I should take the car anyway and they will deliver it in two days. That if police stopps me or I cause an accident I should just call europcar. - That is illegal and you can get sued for such mismanagement...I had to againg postpone my pick up. First I had car from Bilbao Europcar. And Bilbao had no clue about problems with car delivery in Pamplona. And called me every two days whats going on. Why dont you europcars communicate with each other? In protocol was "no damage". Car had already damage. Lady told me I have full insurance. I wanted it to be in protokol. It just shows how much your stuff cares about cars and customers - bad communication, not registered damage and car without any documentation. And Europcar told my company I was rude...really...after all this I was the problem. :D That Europcar creates more costs, problems and I have to spend my free time for this mismanagement is ok for your stuff... :(

I gave it a star because I could not put zero of it, poor service, also from problems with credit cards. Not to mention the lady of the staff, has an endless slowness, is grumpy and rude to customers, I strongly do not recommend this car rental.

Only 3/5 stars for this branch of Europcar - the prices were affordable, but the car we received was drenched in cigarette fumes. Next time better notify the customer that the car is for smokers.

DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THEM!!! They take our guarantee from debit card, but whrn you arrive they request a credit card. At the end we could not rent any car and they were really unhelpfully. We were stuck in Pamplona since there vere no trains. Newer again we are going to rent a car with Europcar!

It is the worst company I have ever seen, we rented a car with them for 8 days through a travel agency, our surprise was to arrive at the Europcar office to pick up the car and they told us that they do not have a car so since we arrived an hour later to pick it up they say that they gave it to another client, this is very strong!!!!! I asked them for a complaint form and they told me that they dont have one, the guy who works there in that office that is in the Blanca Navarra hotel is the worst, liar and despot!!!

Very badly. Bad people. They steal your money. We rented a car in Pamplona for 2 weeks, paid 550 and returned in Logrono. The manager, an older man with bulging eyes and a sinister look from Logrono, charges us an extra charge of 36 for cleaning, sending us some dark photos with barely anything visible inside the vehicle. I appear in person to request a refund of that charge since the vehicle has been delivered clean, without dirt, stains or papers, NOTHING, except in the foot area since by not putting mats on it to be able to shake them before delivery , the floor of the car is used as normal, just that. The manager, laughing, tells me that for him it was dirty that we should have taken him somewhere to vacuum him and there is no more talking. I answer that both my wife and I are clients of theirs in Logrono and Pamplona since we constantly rent rental cars and that we will have to stop being clients of theirs in both cities if they do not return what belongs to us, it seems that they are still amused the situation to this guy and he tells me not to worry, yes, he will give me my money back. I answer that I just want them to give us back what they took from us because they wanted to and continue being their client. He hasnt returned it to me. Since we met him for the first time, this individual has never generated any trust in us, he is seen to be twisted and a bad person, he lies more than he talks and he is always ready to deceive you, to take your money as soon as you turn around like It has finally happened. Nothing to do with Europar Pamplona. Nos cobra el encargado, un senor mayor con ojos saltones y mirada siniestra de Logrono, un cargo extra de 36 por limpieza mandandonos unas fotos oscuras sin verse apenas nada del interior del vehiculo. Me presento en persona para solicitarle la devolucion de ese cargo ya que el vehiculo se ha entregado limpio, sin tierra, ni manchas ni papeles, NADA, excepto en la zona de los pies ya que al no ponerle alfombrillas para poder sacudirlas antes de su entrega, el suelo del coche tiene un uso como es normal, simplemente eso. El encargado riendose me dice que para el estaba sucio que teniamos que haberle llevado algun lugar para pasarle el aspirador y no hay mas hablar. Le respondo que tanto mi mujer como yo somos clientes de ellos en Logrono y Pamplona ya que alquilamos constantemente coches de alquiler y que tendremos que dejar de ser clientes suyos en ambas ciudades si no nos devuelven lo que nos pertenece, parece que le sigue haciendo gracia la situacion a este sujeto y me dice que no me preocupe que si, que me devuelve el dinero. Le respondo que solo quiero que nos devuelvan lo que nos ha quitado porque le ha apetecido y seguir siendo cliente suyo. No me lo ha devuelto. Desde que le tratamos por primera vez nunca nos ha generado ninguna confianza este individuo, se le ve que es retorcido y mala persona, miente mas que habla y se le ve siempre dispuesto a enganarte, a quitarte el dinero en cuanto te das la vuelta como finalmente ha ocurrido. Nada que ver con Europar Pamplona. No llego a comprender como una empresa puede dejar una sucursal de su negocio en manos de una persona como esta que genera esta desagradable situacion con la correspondiente perdida de 2 clientes que se dejan miles de euros en coches de alquiler, pudiendo optar por gente joven, profesionales y con ganas de trabajar por la empresa sin enganar a los clientes.

I went to pick up a vehicle and a young guy helped me. He attended to me so to speak because he was talking to his partner about your things and he paid little attention to me. When it came time to pay, he showed me his personal dataphone and when I paid with the card included in my phone, it turned out that it didnt work. I offered to pay in cash and he said it couldnt be done. He told me to call the Madrid mutual insurance company and have them find another rental agency, telling them that they did not have vehicles available. Regrettable attention, regrettable service, impertinent people with no common sense or desire to solve problems. I will never recommend this car rental agency. This happened on Monday 09/23/24 around 4:00 p.m.

A la hora de pagar me presenta si datafono particular y al pagar con la tarjeta incluida en mi telefono resulta que no le funcionaba. Ofreci pagar en efectivo ye comenta que no se podia. Me dijo que llame a la mutua madrilena y que me busquen otra agencia de alquiler, que les diga que ellos no tenian vehiculos disponibles. Lamentable atencion, lamentable servicio, gente impertinente sin sentido comun ni ganas de solucionar los problemas. No recomendare jamas a esta agencia de alquiler de vehiculos. Esto sucedio el lunes 23/09/24 sobre las 16 hs.

Better to rent the car from the competition that does have an office at the airport: although it is more expensive, you save on a taxi to and from the city plus this charge if you return it out of hours is worth it. I thought it was an extra in case of returning the car hours after the agreed deadline; I didnt imagine that for putting my car in the hotel parking lot on a Sunday and handing the keys to the receptionist they would charge me 63.8, its abusive. And it is bad commercial practice: they will tell me that it was in the contract, but it would be more honest to notify it in advance on their website or that of the platform where I rented the car and - above all - for the staff who assisted me to clearly warn about it. as he did with other matters of interest to him.

Mejor alquilar el coche a la competencia que si tiene oficina en el aeropuerto: aunque es mas caro, con lo que te ahorras en taxi de ida y vuelta a la ciudad mas este cargo si lo devuelves fuera de horas compensa. Yo pensaba que se trataba de un extra en caso de devolver el coche horas despues del plazo acordado; no imaginaba que por meterles un domingo el coche en el parking del hotel y entregar las llaves a la recepcionista me cobrarian 638 , es abusivo. Y es una mala practica comercial: me diran que lo tenia delante en el contrato, pero seria mas honesto avisarlo con antelacion en su web o la de la plataforma donde alquile el coche y -sobre todo- que lo advirtiera claramente el personal que me atendio como hizo con otros asuntos de su interes.
