Scam! Avoid this location. I'm a very understanding customer and I have never written a bad review. But I feel the need to warn tourists. We rented a van from this location from Alberto. We received a van with a damaged window that was taped. We noted the discrepancy to the young man who checked us out (and also paid for the full insurance) and when I arrived home to the US I found that Enterprise Spain charged my card 1,100 Euro for the window. It's hard not to feel like we've been swindled. Avoid this location like the plague.

The staff is absolutely rude and unhelpful. After changing the model of the car we booked, they didn't even explain the features well. From hybrid they gave us an electric car, never used before, without explaining the fuel consumption or how to charge it. Also it says that they need 150EUR deposit and instead they want 200EUR. Then when you go there, after paying on the website they come up with other charges not specified before and in the end you end up paying more than double what you had budgeted (from 52EUR to 122EUR). However, if the service had been good I would have gladly paid them all this money, but I didn't. The worst thing is absolutely the staff, they didn't even explain to us how to return the car since the rental ended on Sunday and they are closed. Never again.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Did a reservation for an automatic car and when arrived to the store they told me they can give me a standard car because they run out of automatic cars. When checking the website again it shows that they had automatic car available. Worst part was trying to get my money back, they told me they will cancel the reservation and I will get an email, which I never did. When I call the office about my refund they told me I have to contact customer service in Madrid by email because there is no phone number for refunds and they don't handle any refunds at this office. Even though it wasn't my fault, I did not got all my money back. They charged a small fee for processing. Worst customer experience with a rental company, people that were in front of us had a similar issue, and all they said was call your travel agent for help. Never again doing business with Enterprise.

Awesome experience with Enterprise Alquiler de Coche in Pamplona Train station! The Citroen was fairly new (less than 2000km) and handled really well driving from Pamplona to Donostia San Sebastian and back! Javier and Nadia provided excellent customer service and me and my family are so happy! We highly recommend Enterprise and will definitely use them again in our next road trip!

Attention scammers!! An employee of this office persuaded me to pay for a better car and additional insurance when renting, assuring that if I return the car on the agreed date, I will get a refund for the unused 1 day (about 34E). I have not received a refund. When trying to contact, after hearing English in the handset, they hang up - the situation repeated several times. Outrageous

Terrible attention. I rent a 12 m van. cubic for 5 days. I arrive to pick it up and they give me one, without telling me anything, of 6 cubic meters. When I tell him that this is not worth it, that the load is not going to fit me and it is a Pamplona-Madrid-Pamplona trip, he answers that it is what it is, that they have not returned the one he had reserved and he cannot do nothing. 40 minutes later, we solved the matter by distributing the load and I took the little one. He hands me a van with soaked seats. We have to sit on top of the jackets. I tell him how much the price drops and we start an impressive joke, he tells me that it drops me 15 per day, I understand that 15 x 5 days is 75, but in the documentation the price is reduced from 305 to 287. I dont understand anything . We continue with a sign here and dont worry, Ill fix this later...... We continue with charging you the 287 plus 200 deposit. The payment that I had made in the online reservation was not recorded. Also, dont worry, pay this and Ill fix it later. We continue by asking me for a personal card, I tell him that the reservation is made through a company and the payment for the reservation was made with a company card, he tells me that it is not valid and it has to be a personal one. To collect if it is worth it and for the deposit no. 1 hour and 40 minutes after this whole war, I end up getting angry and dont take the van. 3 days later I am still waiting for my payment to be returned. A disaster. I put a star because I cant put none. In a week we will end up in court, what a shame!!!

No entiendo nada. Continuamos con un firma aqui y no te preocupes que esto lo arreglo yo despues ....... Seguimos con te cobro los 287 mas 200 de fianza. No tenia registrado el pago que yo habia hecho en la reserva por internet. Tambien, no te preocupes, paga esto y yo lo arregle despues Seguimos por pedirme una tarjeta personal, le digo que la reserva se hace a traves de una empresa y el pago de la reserva se hizo con una tarjeta de la empresa, me dice que no vale y tiene que ser una personal. Para cobrar si vale y para la fianza no. 1 hora y 40 minutos despues de toda esta guerra, acabo enfadandome y no me llevo la furgoneta. 3 dias despues sigo esperando la devolucion de mi pago. Un desastre. Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna. En una semana acabaremos en el Juzgado, que pena!!!

Book a cargo van in Logrono recently. When we arrived at their office, they told us that there was a problem with the van, as it indicated an engine failure. I have also had a problem with the return of the deposit, due to an administrative error, which with a simple call has been resolved. I want to highlight the magnificent treatment and resolution of Soufyan, and the kindness of his colleague who changed units for us in Pamplona on 09/14, who also assisted me by phone with the deposit problem, two workers of 10 .
