Me echaron la culpa de un aranazo en el frontal de un coche que ya estaba ahi al recogerlo. No tuve que pagar nada porque tenia seguro de danos sin franquicia (politica de empresa) pero mucho cuidado con esta gente. Revisar todo y sacar fotos.

Me sorprendio. He utilizado esta empresa durante los ultimos dos meses y cada vez es de primera clase. Hay un pequeno matiz sobre la documentacion (registro, envio de cartas por correo con confirmacion, etc.). En general, si estas en Pamplona y necesitas un coche, recomiendo esta empresa.

Reservamos una de sus furgonetas para realizar una mudanza desde Madrid a Pamplona. Al acudir a recogerla a las oficinas de Pamplona, nos dicen que han tenido una confusion y han apuntado una con la mitad de capacidad. Aun asi nos comentan que la cojamos y nos confirman que en Madrid nos la cambiarian por otra mas grande en la T1. Despues de 400km, vamos a la terminal y nos dicen que alli no tienen furgonetas de esa capacidad. Tras hablar y discutir varias veces con el personal de AVIS por telefono, no nos solucionan nada y pretenden cobrarnos todo. Finalmente, nos han devuelto el dinero de la reserva 3 semanas despues pero a base de insistir y amenazarles con denunciarles. Conclusion: el tiempo de 2 dias perdidos, 800km de gasolina a nuestro cargo, y un trabajo sin hacer y sin cobrar. Nada recomendables, poca seriedad, mentirosos, 0 empatia.

We reserved one of their vans to make a move from Madrid to Pamplona. When we went to pick it up at the Pamplona offices, they told us that they had a mix-up and they had signed up for one with half capacity. Even so, they told us to take it and confirmed that in Madrid they would exchange it for a larger one in T1. After 400km, we go to the terminal and they tell us that they do not have vans of that capacity there. Budget is becoming like most US companies. Terrible customer service. 50% of the time even with Fast Break, no keys and so we stand in line sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 35, never happened previously. Last week returned a car, small airport only serviced 4-6 hours a day, was charged for four hours past drop off time , because no one there to find out when I returned, so checked out when they got to work..,,

It is the worst experience I have ever had and I wouldnt wish it on anyone, I rented a car for a weekend from Saturday to Monday, I paid 80 for the rental plus 200 deposit, the car had 500km on the deposit, when I returned it the deposit had 570 since I had added 40 of gasoline, they charged me 160, when I called a worker told me that it was probably due to a fine (which I could understand) but upon reviewing the case he told me that it was due to lack of gasoline, I called them about 15 times, they didnt answer me, I wrote to them on WhatsApp and they left me on notice, its a real shame.

Es la peor experiencia que he tendio y no se la deseo a nadie, alquile un coche para un finde de sabado a lunes, pague 80 por el alquile mas 200 de fianza, el coche tenia 500km en el depositado, cuando lo devolvi el deposito tenia 570 ya que habia echado 40 de gasolina, ellos me cobraron 160 , al llamar me comento un trabajador que era seguramente por una multa ( lo cual lo podria entender) pero al revisar el caso me dice que es por falta de gasolina, estuve llamandoles como 15 veces no me respondian, les escribo al wasps y me dejan en visto, es una autentica verguenza

One star because you cant put -10. They charge me two rentals when they do not confirm any of them, in fact one has canceled it with me on the phone (supposedly). After this, contacting them by phone is literally impossible. I hope they return the money they charged me for not renting ANYTHING

Some edges from Avis and Enterprise too. I wouldnt go back but there arent many more car rental agencies. They think they are doing us a favor and they dont know that we pay for a service and it should be quality.

They are unpresentable...you rent a van online and you call them beforehand to ask if they have availability...they dont say that if...you rent it they will take the money from you and when it comes time to pick it up with a confirmation by email that if they rent it to you... they tell you that no, there was an error... and that they dont have anything available... its so that I know something about the lack of seriousness of this company... And on top of that, to get the money back you have to call, which means wasting more time to get it deposited....by God, this company lacks seriousness

The Avis thing is beyond science fiction, I reserved a van on Saturday, having called and spoken personally with the Pamplona office to reserve a van from Monday to Friday, after giving me the ok and obviously taking the money out of the account I am going on Monday to pick up the van so I can work since mine is in the workshop and what is my surprise? Last Friday, 05/31/2024, I went to pick up a van at this office. Due to the mistake of the person managing the reservation, they gave me an Opel Vivaro with a 6 m3 capacity instead of a Sprinter type with 12 m3. This van was not suitable for the work to be done. Since I had to go to Madrid, they told me to go to T1 to make the change. When we arrived at T1, no one knew anything and there were no vans. I lost Friday and Saturday due to this error and, logically, my job. After arguing with the person in charge on the phone, they agreed to return my reservation (but not the gasoline).

El pasado Viernes dia 31/05/2024 fui a recoger una furgoneta en esta oficina. Por error del que gestiono la reserva, me dieron una Opel Vivaro de 6 m3 de capacidad en vez de una tipo Sprinter de 12 m3. Esta furgoneta no me valia para el trabajo a realizar. Ya que tenia que ir a Madrid, me indicaron acudir hasta la T1 para que me hicieran el cambio. Al llegar a la T1 nadie sabia nada y no habia furgonetas. Perdi el viernes y el sabado por este error y logicamente, el trabajo. Tras discutir con la responsable por telefono, accedieron devolverme la reserva (no asi la gasolina).
