We rented two cars, the MG HS and the Benz. It went more or less smoothly, although there was some confusion regarding the insurance, but everything else went well. Both were very good cars. On the last evening, we accidentally drove over a few potholes and ended up with a flat tire. Thanks to the great customer service, we received a new A-Class even at 11 p.m. (two hours after the incident), and it even had more hp, hehe. All in all, I can say that both were great cars, and we had a good time in Mallorca.

Easy to find pick-up shuttle from arrivals. The shuttle only takes about 5-10 minutes to arrive to the pick-up location. Pick-up process was smooth and relatively fast as we only had to wait about 10 minutes for our number to be called. As we had the 'all inclusive' tariff your number is called sooner and when collecting the car you don't have to check for any pre-existing damages or anything, just drive off. To return the car you need to scan a QR code that will open the return address on Google Maps. Its basically the same location as the pick-up location, but you enter via a different street which is only for drop-offs. Once we dropped off the car, as we had the 'all inclusive' all they needed to do is ensure the gas tank was full. The only downside of the whole experience is that after dropping off the car (this was on a Saturday at 17:30), there was a huge queue of people waiting for the shuttle to take us back to departures. It took us about 45 minutes until we got picked up due to the size of the queue and a lot of traffic at that time. So, just ensure to add on an extre 40 minutes or even an hour to return the car, just in case. This can vary of course depending on the day/time and season of the year. Besides that, the experience was great. Desk agents were very friendly and the fleet of cars are very modern and in perfect shape. I'll definitely be using them again in the future when I return to a Mallorca.

Great car rental company. I recommend it. No credit card deposit and no deposit. We had all inclusive and key pick up via kiosk. We were picked up at the airport by a car which took us to the rental company which is about 10 minutes away. On the way back it was the same, returning the car was really fast about 5 minutes.

One of the best car hire experiences I have had in Mallorca, excellent customer service experience. Bus transfer was rapid and easier than the in terminal experience. I did not take out their extra insurance on this occasion as I had booked through the 3rd party. Probably a good option if you don't have the comprehensive insurance policy in place, no damage or issues with our hire! Perfect Wiber

I had a great experience with Wiber Car Rental overall. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was on the road in no time. The only downside was the wait for the shuttle bus, which took about 45 minutes. However, a few days later, I was near their office and decided to request a car change. They were very accommodating and switched me to a brand new, nice car. This level of service definitely made up for the initial wait. I would recommend Wiber for their excellent customer service!

Excellent service. The shuttle buses are arranged quickly, around 20' you can get on the bus. We rent the car with the all-inclusive package so no deposit is needed, pick up the cars quickly by the machine ( avoid the waiting line in the office) and drop them off in 3 minutes then leave. They just check the fuel tank if you choose this package. Again, don't save some money for another package, in my opinion, all-inclusive can save time and have a relaxing time during the rental. Booked a car from Wiber online at a great price and had no issues whatsoever. The gentleman helping me when I came to pick it up was very helpful. I got an Opal SUV in great shape with low miles. There were no hidden fees and the entire pick up and return process went smoothly. If you're coming from the airport, they also offer a shuttle service.

Go with time and a lot of patience. It is low season, so the excessive waiting time is not justified. 30 minutes waiting for the transfer after arriving at Mallorca airport and 1h30 of waiting at the office for the car to be delivered. To return it, I went 4 hours in advance for fear of missing the return flight. Surprisingly, everything went much faster, I dont know if it was chance or efficiency of the only person who was working at that time. The condition and quality of the car correspond to the price paid.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! Terrible customer service Our experience with Wiber Mallorca was disastrous and disappointing. A scam. After more than an hour in the office, when our turn arrived, they forced us to consider their additional insurance ( 130 per car), even though we already had complete insurance contracted through Booking. Indicating that, in the event of damage, Booking would not refund us anything unless we had a report or a police report with witnesses. Which is a totally misleading practice, because Booking does pay. It is an unacceptable, abusive and dishonest pressure tactic. We havent taken their insurance yet and the fear they want to make you take. We picked up the cars in an unlit parking lot, in the rain, and we had to check them ourselves in those conditions. Upon returning the vehicles, they did an extremely thorough inspection. In our case, they marked damage to two tires on one of the cars, supposedly damaged by us, and a small scratch and a ridiculous sheet metal damage on the other (I attach the photos). They deducted 432 for these damages from the excess of 1,100 that we had left as a deposit for each car. We know that we did not cause that damage to the tires. We hardly use cars for simple highway trips. However, because we didnt take photos of EVERYTHING when picking up the cars in the dark and in the rain, they charged us without proof. They also do not have photos to prove that these damages were not there before. Obviously, there were other large damages, of which luckily we had photos, which they did not have registered in the system so that they could pass them on to all clients who had not contracted their insurance. I do not recommend renting with Wiber at all. They are not very transparent and they pressure you to take out their insurance under threats of problems with the reimbursement of other contracted insurance, which is totally false. In addition, their inspection of the cars when returning them is practically a hunt for any detail to charge you. A very negative experience that I will not repeat again. Booking has already refunded us. Edited because its even worse: I asked for a complaint form and they told me to write to [email protected]. I wrote for the first time on 22Oct24. Im still waiting for a response. When your automatic email indicates A member of our team will contact you within a maximum period of 15 business days. I put photos in email.

Recogimos los coches en un parking sin iluminacion, bajo la lluvia, y tuvimos que revisarlos nosotros en esas condiciones. Al devolver los vehiculos, hicieron una inspeccion extremadamente minuciosa. En nuestro caso marcaron desperfectos en dos llantas de uno de los coches, supuestamente danadas por nosotras, y una pequena rallada y un desperfecto irrisorio de chapa en el otro (adjunto las fotos). Nos descontaron 432 por esos danos de la franquicia de 1100 que habiamos dejado como deposito por cada coche. Sabemos que no causamos esos danos en las llantas. Apenas utilizamos los coches para trayectos simples por autopista. Sin embargo, como no tomamos fotos de TODO al recoger los coches en la oscuridad y bajo la lluvia, nos cobraron sin pruebas. Ellos tampoco tienen fotos para demostrar que esos danos no estaban antes. Obviamente, habia otros danos grandes, de los que por suerte teniamos fotos, que ellos no tenian registrados en el sistema para porder colarselos a todos los clientes que no hayan contratado su seguro. No recomiendo para nada alquilar con Wiber. Son poco transparentes y te presionan para contratar su seguro bajo amenazas de problemas con el reembolso de otros seguros contratados, cosa que es totalmente falso. Ademas, su revision de los coches al devolverlos es practicamente una caza de cualquier detalle para cobrarte. Una experiencia muy negativa que no volvere a repetir. Booking nos ha reembolsado ya. Edito porque aun es peor: Pedi una hoja de reclamaciones y me indicaron que escribiera a [email protected]. Escribi por primera vez el 22oct24. Aun espero respuesta. Cuendo su email automatico indica Un miembro de nuestro equipo le contactara en un plazo maximo de 15 dias laborables. Pongo fotos email.

Well satisfied but all inclusive is a must here, otherwise there is of course a risk of cheating from time to time. We had an all inclusive package with a Fiat500 Hybrid. It was great fun. Car was clean and drove great. 50,000 walked. Collection and return went very smoothly. Fill the tank once and everyone is happy. Shuttles run regularly from the airport to the center and vice versa. I would book again.

Do not Wiber, i expected to wait an hour to pick the car so was not surprised that we had to wait that long to get the counter. I had booked a Ford Focus Estate as we had some large luggage and was told that the car was not available they blamed this on booking.com as i had booked the hire via them, whic is wrong as there website shows this car as being available for hire. I was offered another car which was not big enough to take our luggage and was then offered a Volkswagen Caddy which would take our luggage but told it would cost me another EUR 200. We could have refused and tried to get our money back and then try hire another car with another provider which would have taken several hours so we reluctantly agreed with the intention of claiming this back when we returned to the UK. I have now sent five Emails to their customer service who respond with an automated email saying that they will get back to me within 15 working days one month later and still no response. Terrible customer service and general service go elsewhere and use a decent company.

Rented from Wiber on Mallorca for the second time and very satisfied: Super friendly service when handing over, no aggressive sales of insurance. Everything was very transparent - return was also quick with immediate confirmation that the deposit would be released. As booked (CFAR), the car was a Peugeot 2008 with good equipment. The Peugeot was easy to drive, but unfortunately it had a lot of previous damage and wasnt very clean inside.

Alles sehr transparent - Ruckgabe ging auch schnell mit sofortiger Bestatigung, dass die Kaution freigegeben wird. Das Auto war wie gebucht (CFAR) ein Peugeot 2008 mit guter Ausstattung. Der Peugeot war zwar gut zu fahren, hatte aber leider sehr viele Vorschaden und war innen nicht sehr sauber.

Unbelievable experience, upon arrival , after letting me know that I was sort of crazy to not buy the insurance and choosing to pay a deposit, that guy tells me that they do not accept my kind of credit card for the deposit, and that I have no other choice than buying the insurance. He tells me straight to my face that if I pay the deposit with my card , I wont get a refund and basically pay 1300 euros... After 15 min of me telling me that I know that he is lying to me and the he is full of sh*t , he gives up and let me pay the deposit with my card, wishing good luck to get my money back and still trying to make me believe that I just paid 1300 non refundable. The money was finally on hold status during the whole week and was refunded instantly unpon return. Horrible experience everyone in the agency seems to be doing this trick on tourist including the manager , you guys suck, I am never using Wiber again.

The person in charge of Wiber Palma de Mallorca, on 11/25 at 7:00 p.m., did not accept to rent me with my passport and driving license, she rudely told me that it was in the T&Cs that the nie needed. I wouldnt probably use Wiber again due to some relatively major annoyances, but to their credit, there were a few things that went pretty smoothly and their price is great. Hence the average rating. Wiber people, if youre reading this, there are a few things I believe you absolutely must improve in. 1) You are sending a link to a live map of your shuttles. The map doesnt work, plus it shows an incorrect meeting point. Get rid of the link, or fix it. 2) Letting your customers wait on a parking lot where there is ZERO shade is extremely uncomfortable, even in November. I was furious about your lack of a system when it comes to boarding the shuttles. Come up with a better system to inform your customers of WHEN the shuttle is coming and WHETHER there will be place for them onboard. 3) Speaking of shuttles, you might want to send a picture of how your shuttle looks like to your customers. There are many companies operating in the same space, each sending their own shuttle. Being able to see that your shuttle is clearly branded would help avoid uncertainty. 4) Speaking of shuttles... again... for the love of God, please dont send drivers that dont speak any English. Youre renting cars to tourists and your staff needs to be able to deal with non-Spanish speaking customers. 5) If youre lending me a car, I would expect that someone looks it over before handing me the keys. Coming to a car and finding one of the tires mostly flat is a terrible experience. 6) Speaking of a flat tire... OK, it may happen... but when you send me to another employee who is equipped with a compressor, I would expect this employee not to passively aggressively tell me I will check this on my own, if you have no problem with that when I try to point them to the flat tire. That lady was annoying as f..k, if Im honest. When she topped up all tires, she just told be all good, you can go. Well, I would probably prefer to know WHY the tire was flat and whether the car is safe to drive, but I wasnt in a mood to argue with an employee with such attitude. 7) The car was pretty banged up, scratches all over the place. But I came to understand that this is the norm on Mallorca. So many banged up cards! This didnt end up mattering in the end as the car drove well. Having said all that, there were a few things that I really appreciated about my particular Wiber experience. 1) The price was really great. 2) No hard upsell of all inclusive insurance. Just offer and comparison of the two options. 3) The lady at the check in was nice and clearly explained the terms of the rental. 4) Drop off was dead easy and quick, the guy was done in two minutes, no anti-customer BS like trying to find a small undocumented scratch on an already pretty banged up car. We elected to not pay for the insurance upsell, and I was worried the company will make up some excuse to deduct a few hundred Euros for a made up damage. But everything went well. 5) The shuttle driver back to the airport was way more organized and helpful than the lady that picked us up when we arrived. Clearly, if you have some luck to encounter some of the more capable employees, the experience is suddenly much improved.

It was my first time, there were many expectations, as well as many misgivings since the car rental was so cheap, but I have to admit that everything turned out better than expected. Employee empathy, good information, quality cars and good service. The only warning I must give is that the shuttle is 10 minutes from the airport, and only 10 people can fit there, so you must go with plenty of time to avoid possible scares.
