VIMA Rent a Car Mallorca Airport in Palma

Very easy process of booking and then picking up the car. One of the few services that in the confirmation email provide information on how to pick up and how to return the car with a video. The car was in perfect condition! Highly recommend VIMA Rentacar if you are planning a visit to Mallorca! If I get back to this wonderful island again, I'll definitely use Vima services!

All was perfect - car was clean and pretty new, pick-up up at the airport in the night based on instructions and returning of the car. Would recommend this rental to anyone. We enjoyed our travelling around beautiful Mallorca island.

One of the best rent company for sure. easy pick up and returning the car. everything is covered. Cars are new and fully equipped. We had (7days) peugeot 2008 with 10k km it still smelled like a new car. It was with the strongest equipment package. We loved navigation a lot since you can just write thing you are searching , you do not need to know or write exact address. i will always chose VIMA if i need to rent vehicle!. We highly recommended VIMA rent company!

We booked a car for week during our vacation in Mallorca. We got the car that we booked. Very convenient that it's in the airport parking. We had no issues, everything was great! The only thing that was surprising for me that I had to pay extra fee when I was booking on site without credit card, I don't even had one

Advantages: 1. Super easy car pick-up from the parking garage in front of airport terminal (thanks for the video in the email) 2. Transparent, with no hidden costs. Got the premium package with full coverage and I recommend it to everyone for a stress-free vacation. 3. Called them to extend the rental period on the last day and they accepted it. Disadvantages: 1. You have to pay the parking ticket when picking-up the car and it was 2.50EUR for other guys leaving reviews here, but it was 6.70EUR for me, which seems like a lot considering you pay a decent amount of money for the rental. Would be good if they covered the parking fees on their own instead of having the customers pay for it. 2. The car was dusty inside. I'd enjoy having a car which is not only clean from the outside, but inside as well.

Perfect Experience! Very good price, compared to all the bigger company! Very clear instruction on how collect the car and how to return it. A lovely girl welcomed us and explained everything. No hidden fees, no deposit. Just has to give credit card details in case of missing fuel! We loved our car, clean and new. I would definitely book them again if we return to Mallorca.

Had booked a car for 9 days in Mallorca.Easy to find and within airport. Vima rep was waiting for us even though we were late. Had booked puegeot 2008 car category and got a well maintained clean VW taigo which was good . Paid by credit card Fuel policy was return with same amount as delivered and was explained .Return was simple, just had to park the car back in the same parking lot! Parking to be paid by you when you take the car and return ticket will be paid by vimo

Perfect experience. The car was like new (only 5000 km) and the rental price was very good considering moreover that it was all-inclusive. The guy (Ahmed) was very friendly, kind and professional. Pick-up and return very easy and clear. I'll recommend 100%.
