Top Gear Mobility Mallorca in Palma

Very poor experience. We arrived and departured after their office hours which was clearly stated in the booking. I also called them to confirm that 2 days before. Nobody waited for us when we arrived at 1AM and nobody picked up the phone. We waited 1.5h until someone came. When dropping off the car on Sunday, the office was closed and deserted and nobody to take the car. The only highlight was a new and good car. I don't recommend!

No deposit and nothing. Car is insured outside and you gotta keep it clean inside (like don't spill food and drinks...) they came at the airport with the van as soon as I texted them. They brought us to the airport too for the return. Top company, I recommend them to anyone. Make sure you make the check-in online so you don't waste time at the office.

Renting a car with Top Gear is easy and smooth. Renault Clio is a swift car to drive in. However, I'm giving only 4 stars out of 5 because of the cleanliness of the car. Inside the cleanliness was fine, but from the outside the car was really dirty so I had to wash the car by myself. This could be improved

Great rent a car company. No hidden fees, no credit card deposit required. You have to pay 20% when booking a car (instead of credit card deposit). I got a brand new Renault Clio, car was fantastic. If you do check-in online you just go, pay, sign the contract and take the car. Less than 5 minutes! The fuel policy is great, how much fuel you take / this is how much you need to get in on return. Only 7 - 10 minutes away from the airport. Driver is picking you up and dropping you off from the airport. Employees are kind, communicative and even pointed us at great burger place nearby. All in all, great experience. I totally recommend.

I've rented so many cars over the years & have to say Top Gear Mobility was fantastic. So many companies require a deposit & a card on file, so this was a nice customer-first approach. Much appreciated. They gave me a car in great condition, pickup was flawless, and dropping off was just as smooth. We travelled all around Mallorca and had a fantastic time. The perfect car rental experience!!! No hidden fees, no credit card required. Pick-up and drop-off to the airport was also very convenient. I see some people in the reviews complaining about additional fees during check-out because they returned the card dirty and with sand in the interior. In my experience, we returned our car in slightly dirty condition. A little bit of sand in the interior of the car but in general we were careful and we respected the car. And we didn't have any issues with the check-out. So, I imagine that people who complain about this specific issue they must have returned the car in truly horrible condition! Thanks a lot for a great rental experience. Please keep doing what you are doing!!

It had taken me a while to choose the car rental company on Mallorca, as I wasn't satisfied with the reviews on the most-promoted companies. Luckily I managed to stumble upon Top Gear Mobility just before the trip. Excellent pre-sales support, great price, easy transfer from the airport, fast car pickup and return procedure and a pleasant girl working there. I took full insurance, of course. To top it all off, the car (Nissan Qashqai) was just 15 days old at the time and had served us well during the week and 1100 km of use. Thanks Top Gear Mobility, hope to use your services again! :)
