Easy and fast booking. Debit card is accepted for deposit. This was a key differentiator for us Great english communication via WhatsUp. The price was the best in the area. The renting terms and what is covered with the extra insurance were clearly communicated. The car was an older one with exiting scrathes, but i think that is normal. Pickup and dropoff was fast..no waiting in long lines. Overall, it was a good experience, i would go back and rent again and recommend to my friends.
We had a great experience with Top Auto! Pick up and drop off were really well organized and we were able to do so at the port and airport, making it easy to connect to our other travel. The car itself was great and perfect for getting around Mallorca in. Thanks so much, we would definitely use Top Auto again!
Good communication and service... easy and clear procedure. The car we had was not cleaned well, and was quite damaged, but we didn't mind, considering the price. Convenient pick up and drop off... we'd recommend it.

Our car rental 6-11 April from Palma worked very well. Small-scale adm, yet serious and professional. Not stressful. We chose the price worthy option to leave car at airport, which they offered despite no office there. Perhaps it would have been good with a more formal (written) instruction on how to leave car there. Anyway, all worked fine. I can highly recommend Top Auto for car rental.
Easy to book via website. Had gone for them as had good reviews. The pick-up was smooth after checking documents and taking deposit. Car was clean and smooth to drive and didn't cause any problems over 3 days. Drop off was easy in the parking and they refunded the deposit the same day. Had also opted for full insurance for peace of mind.
This little company is great. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. It can be a little daunting renting a car, however, we had ZERO issues. Simply polite, down to earth and genuine. We had our deposit back very fast, again no fuss or issues. I honestly can't rate them highly enough. If you're thinking of renting a car on Mallorca but not quite sure....... Look no further, this little company is absolutely first class.
