Top Auto Balear (Palma Airport) in Palma

I booked a Fiat 500 through Top Auto Balear at Palma airport but was given a Fiat Panda instead, only informed of the switch upon arrival. Despite assurances that they'd swap it the next day, they didn't respond to my follow-up attempts. The Panda was fine mechanically, but the high seat was uncomfortable for me, and it wasn't what I had paid for. Poor communication and last-minute changes left me disappointed. Wouldn't recommend unless they improve transparency.

I wanted to just say.. No desk no office , but the service , and the communication between those guys and the customer is simply perfect and helpful. A big thank you to Danila who has been very professional and friendly to us. Location is on the opposite side from the airport, nice and smooth transaction. Company is very correct. We picked up the car very late at night and we couldn't see good the damages on the car because it was too dark. We took pictures on the next day and it was totally fine in the end, we were not charged for anything that we didn't do. :) Deposit was released super fast and the best thing is that communication is very easy and smooth. We were worried that the companies there are difficult to contact but this company makes sure you have access to them. The only thing I didn't really like that much was that I couldn't get the full insurance as a young driver(21 y.o). I was a bit worried because we didn't take any pictures on the pick up time because it was really difficult to see in the dark. Overall we had a good experience, easy pick up, good instructions for drop off but I would like to have a full insurance when I rent a car even if it's a bit more money I think it would really help young drivers. Still if I have to give a tip is to take good pictures of the car just for a peace of mind.

I recommend this company. YiI want to express my gratitude to the employees for the service and good attitude. Everything is honest, the deposit was returned the next day. The car handled the mountain roads well. The people who work at Topauto helped me and showed humanity when I could not return the car to the parking lot (due to a broken phone). They were always in touch and polite. I give 5 stars and recommend this company, I liked both the vacation and the service. It is VERY convenient that the meeting at the airport is hand to hand, the registration took 10 minutes. No queues, they will simply provide you with a car at a pre-agreed time. Super

We rented two cars last week and the experience was fantastic! The vehicles were in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. A big thank you to the rental agent, who showed exemplary professionalism. He even turned around to bring us back a bag we had forgotten in one of the cars. This thoughtful gesture really made a difference and shows how much they care about their customers. The best car rental we've ever used! Simple procedures to follow. Very friendly staff and the car we rented (Opel Corsa F) was almost new with only 20k km. The safety deposit withdrawal took only a few hours after we gave back the car. Renting a car in Mallorca is a must, so many things to see! 5 stars, thank you Top Auto for this super good experience!

Great experience! I wrote them an email about renting a car for 2 days. My Email was sent at 11:30. They replied: 12:30. Car booked at 13:00. Car collected in palma city center at 14:30. Used a debit card. Everything went well. We returned the car with full tank. Got the full deposit back on the next day at 19:00. They spoke english and even helped me get the parking ticket sorted at the machine in the next street from the office. Thanks for everything! Totally recommend them 200%!

All was fine. Easy pick up and return. We picked it in the center of Palma and returned also there. There were no problem with return after work hours. Terms are fair, prices are good. We rented small Fiat 500 and it was good choice. (it is actually very simple and comfortable car). If next time in Mallorca, I will use the same car rental company.
