I used this company to hire a car from Palma airport for 5 days in Majorca. They provided a top-tier service from collection to drop off. I was anxious about hiring a car abroad as I had heard negative things about scams, rip-offs, dodgy charges for scratches, etc. relating to bigger corporate brands. But the reviews for local firms such as TopAuto all seemed positive, so I just went for it. I was not disappointed. They gave clear instructions about pick-up from the airport, the process was as you'd expect when we met at the agreed location. They gave clear and simple drop-off instructions too. Also an hour after drop off they had processed my deposit return and it was back in my account as soon as bank processes allowed. In short, the experience was exactly how you would want it to go and I would fully recommend using this company for your car hire needs. A+

Highly recommended, very competitive pricing. Honest and reliable. Extremely easy pickup and drop off from just outside the terminal doors (in a very spacious multi-storey car park that is extremely easy to navigate in/out of), great communication pre/post rental via WhatsApp. Apparently there had been an issue with our selected car, so we were given a complimentary upgrade. Our flight was also delayed which meant we arrived late to pickup the car, but they didn't charge us the fee for collection after 10pm.

It was my first time using Top Auto Balear and I had an excellent experience. Their pricing and offerings are clear, without any hidden fees. Booking online was easy and the company was easy to contact and communicate with. If you have questions about their pricing and options, I recommend just giving them a call. The woman I worked with spoke great English and patiently answered all my questions. They also set up a Whatsapp group when you rent the car and were very responsive - I had a mechanical question about the car and ended up extending my rental and both interactions were answered and handled via text. I picked up at their main office location. The office is nice and the staff was friendly. The car was clean and ready for me (a Fiat 500, so fun to drive!) and pick up couldn't have been easier. So was drop off, there is a small fee to leave it at the airport and Top Auto was so flexible in working with my timing and I received my full deposit back quickly. I've had negative rental car experiences before and was so relieved and pleased to have worked with a company that has proven themselves to be trustworthy and reliable. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of. 10/10 I recommend.

Really easy to use their website to reserve. Pick up was easy (took us a minute to find their desk). The car was exactly what we reserved and the price was better than most of the big name rental companies. All of the existing damages on the car were clearly identified and recorded on the paperwork and the representative went over them all in person as well. Used company for the first time. Found booking system, easy and straightforward. Competitively priced and friendly service. We decided to pick up the car directly as it was near our hotel. This might not suit everyone as the area can be very busy. The car we had came well and fairly inspected before and after hire. We would definitely recommend and use again .

Came in the day of, the employees were very nice and explained everything to us. The car prices were average but what made us want to pick them was the deposit which was easily affordable compared to other renters. The car was really clean, had no problems whatsoever.

Easy to hire, professional company, good customer service. Uma was very friendly and made the process very easy. Drop off was very easy for us too and we didn't have to wait in any queues. Deposit returned to me in 24 hours.
