It was our first time in Mallorca, it would've not been so great if we didn't rent the car from Terry's Car Hire. No extra fees, no deposit, no hidden costs, affordable prices, very straightforward. Pickup from the airport was easy and fast, the car was pretty new and clean (Toyota Yaris), I enjoyed driving it very much, the roads on the island are really good. We've traveled and rented cars in many countries before, but no other renting companies compare so far to Terry's Car Hire high quality cars and customer service. I highly recommend them!

After getting back from our first trip to Mallorca I really wanted to give Terry's car hire a fantastic review. I cannot add to any of the other positive comments as they cover everything but it had to be done because we were also so impressed. We went for an estate which was more than enough for all our suitcases and a very smooth drive. In hindsight a slightly smaller car would have been perfectly adequate but it was everything we asked for. Thank you and we shall certainly be back.

What a fantastic experience it was to hire a car through Terry's for our recent family holiday in Mallorca. The booking process was simple, gave good value for what was a peak holiday period, and there were no nasty surprises like many hire companies are happy to give. It was a breeze to collect the vehicle from a car park right opposite the airport terminal - without needing to wait for a shuttle bus, queue up at a desk, nor even speak to anyone at all! And the car itself was of great quality, well equipped, and perfect for our needs. Finally a mention for the staff at Terry's, because everyone I dealt with via phone, text and email before, during and after my hire period was very helpful and gave a truly faultless service from start to finish. So it's a well deserved five stars!

I did some research about 3 months out from arriving on Mallorca. Terry's was the cheapest option with clear and thorough terms and conditions. Communication was amazing from quote to return of car. They even let us return the car 2 hours later than the original quote due to a change in flights (thank you!). The car was 100% clean and easy to drive, the instructions were so helpful and the car park was a walk from the airport terminal. 10/10.

Really enjoyed using this company. 5 Arrived at mallorca close to midnight, get in the car and shoot to the hotel, return the car easy and simple, just park at the airport and off we go. I compared few rental services in Mallorca and chose this one because it was most affordable and had positive reviews and didn't require deposit. I've filled all info online before my trip, which made picking up the car at the airport easy, even at midnight. We got new Nissan qashqai that was clean and spacious enough for my group, and we enjoyed exploring the island. Roads on the island are really nice. We returned the car on the airport and didnt have any extra fees. I recommend you bring phone holder and usb cable to charge the phone when you use navigation. Also, avoid parking on yellow lines. Have fun exploring the island!
