Receptionist very nice and helpful. Car was clean and drove really good. Was fun driving the Seat. Pretty easy too drive in Mallorca as people here are not rushing as we were used too from Lux. No crazy procedures to get and give the car back. Simple and fast. Full insurance included. Serviauto = click and rent? Prices are far from what's on the website of serviauto. ,,starting from" 20EUR per day ended in 76EUR per day, didn't saw any car for 20EUR on their chart with the different cars. Otherwise would have been a five star.

I recently went on holiday and rented from here. I was put off my airport hotel car hire companies reviews. They quickly sorted me out with a car. Admittedly it was a bit more than the quotes I had gotten online but I felt I would rather pay here where they have good reviews and not have to pay any hidden fees or charges. This was just down the road from my hotel so worked out well. They provided me with a vw polo, it was old and quite damaged but drivable. It had 200km on the clock which made me worried at first but I had no problems. I was petrified they would rip me off so I took loads of photos for damage just in case. We then signed the contract and they only made me pay EUR20 euro deposit (which I got back) rather than a credit card deposit. The total car hire cost me EUR160 for 4 days which I didn't think was too bad. After I returned the car, she barely even looked at it. I went everywhere I wanted to go and as I was not charged any extra, I am happy with the service they provided. Would recommend.

We didn't like reviews and prices of international companies near Palma, so we looked for some local rentals and I'm glad we called to serviauto. We booked our car in the evening and we were picked up at our hotel in the morning the next day, everything was quick. Miguel is a really nice guy and you can definitely trust him. He offered us a ride to the airport, explained everything and gave us tips. No hidden fees, no problem with handover. The car that we got was older than I expected and could have been cleaner... but the price was reasonable.

We want to rent a car to tour around the island of Malloca. I found this car rental with google and had verry good reviews. We rent 2 time's of one day a car and it was verry good. You only pay 20 euro deposit for the car and ofcourse the rental price (depent on the type of car). The second day we get discount on the rental price without even asking. The people in the shop speak verry good english and german. It was a pleasure to rent a car here!

We spontaneously went and chose an A5 convertible. We were given a good price straight away, the only thing we had to pay extra for was the young driver fee of around 7 per day. After 10 minutes we were able to go straight away. When I returned the car, I got the deposit back straight away without any comments. The gentleman who works there also speaks great German, so not at all like the others have described. If we need a car we will definitely come back here.

Sind spontan einfach hin und haben uns einen A5 cabrio ausgesucht. Uns wurde direkt ein guter Preis gegeben, das einzige wofur wir extra zahlen mussten war die Jungfahrer Gebuhr in hohe von ca 7 pro tag. Nach 10 min konnten wir dann direkt los. Beim Auto zuruckgegeben, hab ich direkt die Kaution zuruck bekommen ohne irgendwelche Kommentare, der Herr der dort arbeitet kann auch super Deutsch, also garnicht so wie die anderen beschrieben haben. Wenn wir ein Auto brauchen kommen wir aufjedenfall wieder hier hin.

The car rental company is now different, Click Rent, which has significantly more expensive prices than stated here on the website. I was told by phone that they have now been combined and that these are the new prices. I wasnt told why they dont adjust the prices on the website

The communication and the price were good and reasonable! You cant get a new car here, but we couldnt complain! Payment in advance in cash, no deposit and no credit card charge! A spontaneous extension via WhatsApp was also problem-free! The handover was also problem-free and uncomplicated directly in Palma.
