Terrible service. 1. Late Delivery: They were 30 minutes late to the airport delivery 2. Order Not Ready: Despite booking a week in advance, my order was not ready on arrival took them additional 30 min to arrive to the airport 3. Wrong Order: The order was incorrect. 4. Dirty Mattress: The mattress was extremely dirty (see picture). 5. Unresponsive Customer Service: When I called to provide feedback, the person who answered was dismissive and hung up on me twice 6. Late Return: They were an hour late to the airport pickup when returning the materials, even though we had agreed on a specific time for arrival at the airport. Very messy company, rude, and very poor customer service

Not recommended for 4 reasons: Quality, Service, Pricing, Attitude. The company offers a good price for a 1 month bike rental but I experienced major drawbacks. The bike was not safe although they had revised it the day before. The light was falling off, no bell and the bottom bracket ball bearing was not well adjusted. I had to go to their workshop twice, lost 1 hour each time AND had to wait longer than necessary in both cases. When I wanted to extend my 1 month rental for 3 or 14 days, she told me the per day price of 1 day or 14 days would apply - although no new contract would have been made. The rent for 6 weeks would have been TWICE the rent for one month. My feedback and considerations were harshly dismissed in a way that I consider inacceptable in any service business, let alone tourism.

We rented a staircase chair lift. We were supposed to pick it up at noon, the device wasn't there (apparently had not been returned) but they offered to bring it to our location free of charge. They did. The device work absolutely fine. Very recommended. The only business that does this rentals in Mallorca.

I knew it as a luggage storage. They are cheap, friendly staff. I went on a Thursday around one, yes...they told me that they close at seven. Local in plaza. Spain and close to the bus that takes you to the airport. I had plenty of time left for the plane and I needed to leave my backpack somewhere. I had time to see the caves of Genoa. . Thank you.

One day I went to ask about the rate to rent a car and a very rude man asked me: when? It was difficult for us to find the place, it is a bit hidden between different businesses. The woman in charge, despite being a foreigner, understood us perfectly and was very kind.
