This is the 2nd time we have hired mobility scooters from Rent Express, David is very helpful. We booked in advance and the scooters were at our hotel reception when we arrived from England. I had a puncture whilst out on the scooter and David sent out a replacement to be straight away and it was a brand new one. Great service, would recommend this company

Had the absolute best experience with this company! I was coming on a hen with a knee injury and thought this would be a good idea to keep up with everyone else. The communication was excellent, they left the scooter and key for me at my hotel reception as I landed late so I got to have it for my first night, and they let me leave it at my hotel on the evening I left so I also got to use it for the whole time until I flew home. The scooter itself was good quality, very sturdy but surprisingly fast, and battery life lasted a long time. It also made a hilarious addition to the holiday and I could not have done any of the activities/ nights out without it! So so happy with the service and company, would highly recommend!

Ordered 2 mobility scooters at short notice after discovering where we were staying was very hilly, the scooters were delivered on time to our hotel and served us well for 2 weeks. Let David know when we were leaving and left the keys with Hotel in Reception. Will definitely use this company again next year

Slow, unfriendly and not very professional (referring to the repair service of their own bikes). This workshop is the only place where RentExpress maintains their bikes and where you, as a customer, have to go when a problem with THEIR (!) bikes occurs. As it is far out, I lost 1 hour going and coming back TWICE for reasons they could have avoided in the first place. First the bottom bracket ball bearing was not well adjusted although they had done a maintenance on the day before my rental started. It is a matter of three minutes repair, but I had to wait 15 minutes in that very ugly neighbourhood. Next time I had to go because the front light fell off while driving even on a sidewalk. Again, it could have been repaired in 4 minutes, but after 15 min waiting the 'boss' told me "you must wait" (note: I do speak fluent Spanish), and I had to wait 20 min more for the Junior to buy a cheap light that and install it in an improvised way. Really? Why are you in this business when it seems you neither care nor can perform!

I have been planning my trip to Mallorca for several months and needed to find a mobility scooter for my husband. I first contacted David through his website, we were then in constant discussion via WhatsApp. David has been very accommodating and reserved the scooter for us. The whole process if renting and returning the scooter was totally painless. I do strongly recommend this company, who we will use again when we return in a few months. Thank you David and family.
