Vanrell - scammers. When you return the car, make sure to take photos and record a video of it from all angles, photograph the fuel level, and it's best to take out full insurance for the car so they can't deceive you. But be prepared that they will charge you for leaving the car in the parking lot earlier than scheduled. We were given a car with a broken side mirror that couldn't be adjusted, didn't fold, and was inconvenient to use while driving. This is a safety violation. The company conceals a number of rules, such as the early return policy, and then charges additional fees even if you have to return the car earlier due to an early flight. I will never use this service again, and I don't recommend it to you either. It's better to pay someone a bit more and get a car in good condition and proper service, rather than dealing with a person behind a wooden desk on a parking floor with a sign on the wall. And yes, be prepared to pay for parking exit at the very start.

Payed for bigger car, got T-ROC, tried to ask for a change but they said its same category. Fuel tank was very low. Car was good condition just too small for us. Be Carefull with Varnell they simply dont care at all.

Very friendly staff and very affordable, Easy pick up and drop off process - BUT you will have to pay a $75 insurance fee on top of the basic free insurance or pay $1200 down payment for collision insurance. There was no forewarning about this cost. Other than that, great experience.

We made a great choice when we chose to get the car from Vanrell. We chose a T-Roc cabrio. We had the pleasant surprise of having an automatic transmission, although we chose manual. It was a free upgrade. The car was new. Vanrell service was exceptional. We highly recommend and if we come back to Mallorca, we will choose Vanrell again!

Bad experience with this company after renting a Porsche Taycan for a day in which they charged me 40 euros for not delivering it fully charged, since they intended that on a rental day I would have it charging for the 10 hours that it takes to fully charge. My experience with this company is bad, very bad, the truth is that I see that they solve any problem for tourists, but for residents who try to rent a high-end car for a wedding, everything is a problem, they are listed below in order: 1- That the selected car is not available (when it is marked yes on the website), that the car is not suitable for a wedding since it has a demon sticker on the side (I didnt care). 2- That the car is not available and that it is only available from a day that they set for me (I changed the day to the one they told me about). 3- That the car is not available until December (I changed several cars to try others). 4- That they are changing the fleet and do not have availability (here I already saw that it was not normal). The truth is that I already gave up, I tried several high-end cars and the truth is that I tried to put more days on what was more expensive, but nothing. I called by phone and the girl who answered me honestly didnt understand anything and that her department didnt handle those procedures and when I asked her to go to that department she told me that there was no one there. It is normal that tourists are taken care of, but we must not forget the residents, we are people too. With this I do not intend for you to send me a solution now since I have already found it in another rental car. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY by the treatment of these people since the emails they answered me were not automatic, someone wrote them through a section that was in red that was added by someone, when it was automatic that message in red appeared. Mi experiencia con esta empresa es mala muy mala, la verdad que a los turistas veo que les solucionan cualquier problema, pero a los residentes que intentan alquilar un coche de alta gama para una boda todo son pegas, son las siguientes enumeradas por orden: 1- Que el coche seleccionado no esta disponible (cuando en la web esta marcado que si), que el coche no es apto para una boda ya que lleva una pegatina de un demonio en el lateral (No me importaba). 2- Que el coche no esta disponible y que solo esta a partir de un dia que ellos me marcan (Cambie el dia por el que me decian ellos). 3- Que el coche no esta disponible hasta diciembre (Cambie varios coches por probar otros). 4- Que estan cambiando la flota y no tienen disponibilidad (aqui ya vi que no era normal). Yo la verdad que ya desisti, probe con varios coches de alta gama y la versad que probe en ponerles mas dias a lo que me salia mas caro, pero nada. Llame por telefono y la chica que me atendio la verdad que no entendia nada y que su departamento no llevaba esas gestiones y al pedirle que me pasara con ese departamento me dijo que no habia nadie. Es normal que a los turistas los cuiden, pero tambien no se tiene que olvidar a los residente, tambien somos personas. Con esto no pretendo que me manden ahora una solucion ya que ya la he encontrado yo en otro renta car. ESTOY MUY DECEPCIONADO Y ENFADADO por el trato de esta gente ya que los correos que me contestaban no eran automaticos, alguien los escribia por un apartado que estaba en rojo que era un anadido por alguien, cuando era automatico ese mensaje en rojo lo aparecia. Es la primera u la ultima vez que me pongo en contacto con esta gente LAMENTABLE SERVICIO A LOS RESIDENTES (por lo menos a mi).
