All the best for their service! My friend and I have taken a daily trip to the sea with them, reserved tickets for our trip to Ibiza and also rented a car with them. Car was in good shape, all was explained to us with patience and even when we got a parking ticket, they helped us to pay it. All in all, truly would recommend, very nice people working there and its location is also really great.

This place deserves 0 stars . The cars they give you are old and completely destroyed . I can't believe they allow such cars in Mallorca . Wheels not in order , dirty inside , air condition not working and tachometer not showing on time the ammount of gas . I even asked him many times I need a car in good condition because we have a little baby but the guy promised the car is amazing just 4 years old but it was 15 years old . Pls check the car before paying or you will feel really bad . Never never again

Very good and affordable place to rent a car in Maiorca! They found a car for me with no booking, on the 13th of August. 195EUR for 3 days, for an Opel Corsa, not perfectly clean but with no other problems at all. No hidden fees and the guy at the reception was really kind and helpful! I recommend it 100%.

Fair prices compared to the big dealers. Paid 110 for two days for a Opel Corsa. Car wasn't necessarily brand new but still comfortable enough with a touch radio and stuff. No need for a big deposit or whatever, just paid 20 Euros upfront and the rest on the day where we picked up the car. Would recommend to everyone that wants to rent a car without those typical hustles.

We needed a car at very short notice and then came across this car rental company. Super friendly employee who explained everything to us very well and was happy to help with any questions. Collection and return went very quickly and smoothly, really great. We felt very well looked after and can definitely recommend Rickys Cars and special thanks go to the friendly Montserrat employee for the nice and helpful service.

I dont know where the negative opinions of Poles come from, maybe they didnt understand something :) Everything was perfectly fine, the car was booked on site overnight for a one-day trip. The car wasnt new, but it was enough to explore the island. Very nice service, no problems. The price of a Citroen 208 with full insurance is EUR 65. I recommend!

Unfortunately, this rental is absolutely not recommended. The employee was extremely unfriendly and uncooperative. To make matters worse, the bikes were in terrible condition unsafe and poorly maintained. I didnt feel comfortable the entire trip. In addition, I was given incorrect information at the rental, which was subsequently no longer correct. This is where customers safety is being played with and the truth is being twisted. An absolutely disappointing experience. Better go to the nearest rental shop around the corner!

We rented a car for 2 days, everything was great, the manager at the desk is very welcoming and friendly, speaks English and German. We took an automatic car, they brought us a Nissan juke, the car was not new, but in good condition. I was surprised that they do not take a deposit for using the car. The man at reception speaks German very well and is friendly. When we picked up the scooters we were taken by shuttle. During the ride we spoke a bit in English even though the driver was barely understandable. And suddenly we were back at the rental and without explanation our booking was canceled. Reason: Boss said you werent allowed. The boss left immediately and we couldnt have a clarifying conversation. Definitely not recommended, there are better and more reputable vehicle rental companies.

Bei der Abholung der Roller wurden wir per Shuttle wohin gebracht, bei der Fahrt redeten wir ein bisschen auf English obwohl der Fahrer kaum zu verstehen war. Und plotzlich waren wir zuruck bei der Vermietung und ohne Erklarung wurde unsere Buchung storniert. Begrundung: Chef hat gesagt ihr durft nicht. Der Chef ist direkt gegangen und wir konnten kein klarendes Gesprach fuhren. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen, es gibt bessere und seriosere Fahrzeug-Verleihe.

Meine Erfahrung mit dieser Rollervermietung war enttauschend, da der Chef unfreundlich war und kein Englisch sprach, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Unsere Buchung wurde storniert, ohne dass uns die Grunde dafur genannt wurden. Insgesamt kann ich die Vermietung nicht empfehlen, da der Service und die Informationsweitergabe unzureichend waren.

We rented 2 e-scooters and 3 e-bikes together with our colleagues. The e-scooters went out after just 1 hour of driving and we had to push them back again. The e-bikes are in very bad condition. The employee speaks German well, but also says a lot of stupid stuff. Never again !!!!!

Got 3 bicycles ready for scrap. The wheels are stuck, the chains are rusty, the gears dont really work. Its just been serviced for a long time or not at all. On the positive side, the advisor spoke German very well. Im NEVER coming back

Uncomplicated and good transaction. I booked a 7-seater for one day for 90 + 10 fully comprehensive without self-service. Tank regulations very fair. Can definitely recommend the rental company. The only small negative point: There is no parking space from the rental company when you return it, you have to look for a parking space yourself in the side streets. But I found something after 2 minutes.

The bikes are of very poor quality, half rusted, the handles come loose when riding and the pedals on the city bikes are worn out, and the gears on the mountain bike also jump on the large and small sprockets. Cant understand the answer, nothing was checked in the store, I even showed it on site. Apparently they try to make up excuses for every bad review.

Anscheinend versucht man sich bei jeder schlechten Bewertung mit erfundenen Ausreden raus zu reden.
