We collected our car at the resort. It was priced competitively and in a good state of repair, and clean both inside and out. We took the full insurance option as I have comprehensive insurance on my own car so why risk not having it on someone else's? We returned the car to Palma Airport following the instructions which was very easy. On the whole we had a very good experience and would not hesitate to use Rent A Car Sol Y Mar in the future.

Wonderful rent a car company in Mallorca. It was our choice for our first visit to the island and will, without a shadow of a doubt, be chosen whenever we return. Communication was impeccable via Whatsapp from a distance, as we come from Portugal. On the day of arrival they took care of everything in advance and were extremely trustworthy and professional. In addition to everything else, the car was impeccable, with very few kilometers and the exterior was equally impeccable, which gave us even more confidence in having chosen fully covered insurance. Uncomplicated rental via telephone. No unnecessary waiting times at completely overcrowded counters. Prices significantly cheaper. Been renting here for years. Vehicles completely fine. No hidden costs. And above all, no money-making afterwards regarding the interior, exterior, etc. Our last car was brand new. If you provide your necessary documents (drivers license, credit card, flight number, arrival time) specifically and completely over the phone, you will have your car from the baggage carousel within 10 minutes. Absolutely easy. Communication via WhatsApp works perfectly. English/Spanish is required. Cars are fully insured. No tricks or anything else to be expected here either. Pictures of the pickup and return are attached.

Absolut easy. Kommunikation via WhatsApp funktioniert perfekt. Englisch/Spanisch ist Voraussetzung. Autos sind komplett versichert. Auch hier keine Tricks oder sonstiges zu erwarten. We reserved and picked up a Fiat 500 for 3 days via the website. The process was very uncomplicated and the car was in very good condition. Various photos of its condition were taken when it was picked up. The lady who picked me up also spoke German very well! Unfortunately, on the last day on our way back from our destination, the battery in the car broke. However, communication with the rental company was super uncomplicated and quick via WhatsApp and after waiting about 1.5 hours and replacing the battery, we were able to continue driving! Incidentally, the waiting time was only because we were about a 50-minute drive from the car rental company. The costs for the whole thing were covered by the rental! All in all, we are very satisfied and would book a car here again and again. Thanks again to mechanic Daniel, who was super friendly, quick and helpful!

wir hatten fur 3 tage einen fiat 500 uber die internetseite reserviert und abgeholt. der prozess war sehr unkompliziert und das auto war in einem sehr guten zustand, beim abholen wurden diverse fotos vom zustand gemacht. die dame bei der abholung konnte ausserdem sehr gut deutsch! leider ist am letzten tag auf unsere ruckfahrt von unserem ausflugsort die batterie im auto kaputt gegangen. die kommunikation mit der vermietung lief jedoch super unkompliziert und schnell uber whatsapp und nach ca 1,5h warten und einem tausch der batterie konnten wir weiter fahren! die wartezeit lag ubrigens nur daran, weil wir ca 50min fahrtzeit von der autovermietung entfernt waren. die kosten fur das ganze wurden von der vermietung getragen! alles in allem sind wir sehr zu frieden und wurden hier immer wieder ein auto buchen. lieben dank auch nochmal an mechaniker daniel der super freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit war!
