A well organized, low cost car rental business. They don't have an airport kiosk but they offer a shuttle to their facility a few km away. Their prices are very low but their service remains excellent. When picking up, there was 5 desks opened and wait was about 12 minutes. Car was not the newest (61,000km) but functional and clean. Even without a rental reference, I was able to get an invoice within an hour of sending an email. I definitely recommend if you don't mind the 20 minutes extra for the shuttle.

No stars. AVOID AT ALL COST. They cancelled our booking for no reason. Had to wait 45 mins to get on their shuttle to the out of the way office. Then told they had cancelled booking and absolutely no assistance to get us back to the airport Scam Rude No help And I used Booking.com and am now trying to get our money back. Booking.com should cancel their contract as ClickRent is a money grabbing no service sham.

Very well organized. The office was outside the airport, the bus was waiting at the airport, and after a few minutes we were leaving. No queues in the office, air conditioning, nice, competent service. The car is ok, but the deposit for the convertible is EUR1,700 only credit cards are accepted - they should change that!!!

Auch werden Schaden nur unzureichend dokumentiert, hier empfielt es sich das KFZ bei Abholung zu fotografieren. Achtung es werden keine Debitkarten akzeptiert. Ruckgabe lief schnell, die zugesagte Email ist auch Tage nach der Ruckgabe nicht angekommen. Preis Unschlagbar, fur 5 Tage all inklusive (exklusive Spit) 60 . Fazit Wer gute Nerven hat kann hier buchen, ich wurde das nachste mal wieder einen klassischen Anbieter wie Sixt, Avis, Dollar bevorzugen.

1 star deduction for the shuttle bus from the airport. You had to be really lucky to get on a shuttle. It was a bit turbulent. Everything else went great. Collection without annoying insurance offers. Car was a fairly new Fabia with two dents and a few scratches. We took photos to be safe. Before returning the car, we filled up the car again at a gas station, washed it and made a statement. The return itself went very quickly and without any problems. The return trip with the shuttle also went very well.

Die Ruckfahrt mit dem Shuttle lief auch sehr gut.

Car booked through broker with full insurance. Shuttle from the airport easy and there immediately. Interesting to have to take a ticket when there are only two customers (which beats the German bureaucracy) Nice employee from South America finishes the contract quickly. No further insurance was accepted. We spoke friendly Spanish to the employees, thus taking away the rip-off approach. The car was parked in front of the door, Fiat500 black. Noticed negatively: 350 deposit is a bit much, but with their fines . 50 for a dirty car, 150 for a super dirty car or smoking in the vehicle. So dont take the beach and grill indoors The vehicle was completely covered in damage and the roof was full of bird shit. Stop a car for full insurance No damage report is available. We should take photos ourselves because the tires and windows are apparently not covered. Tires checked after a day on solid road. Pressure loss at the rear left = 1.4 bar We recommend checking air on all tires immediately Windshield wiper was so useless. Drop off at the end with the gate open at 7:20 a.m. on the day of departure. Staff was fully active. Car without any complaints, but 55 was charged for early check out. This is a nasty, calculated rip-off. For that, for the flat tires and for the badly broken and dirty car, there are only 3 stars. The employees and shuttle drivers were super nice. But in the end you paid more and achieved your goal.

Der Wagen stand vor der Tur Fiat500 schwarz. Negativ aufgefallen: 350 Kaution ist ein bischen viel, aber bei deren Strafgebuhren . 50 fur dreckiges Auto, 150 fur super dreckiges Auto oder rauchen im Fahrzeug. Also im Innenraum nicht den Strand mitnehmen und grillen Fahrzeug war komplett mit Schaden ubersat und das Dach voller Vogelscheisse. Halt ein Wagen fur volle Versicherung Kein Schadensbericht liegt vor. Fotos sollten wir selbst machen, da Reifen und Fenster angeblich nicht abgedeckt sind. Nach einem Tag feste Strasse Reifen mal gecheckt. Druckverlust hinten links = 1,4 bar Luft an allen Reifen sofort prufen zu empfehlen Scheibenwischer war so was von untauglich. Abgabe am Ende bei offenem Tor am Abflugtag um 7:20h gemacht. Personal war voll aktiv. Wagen ohne Beanstandung, trotzdem wurden 55 fur early check out genommen. Das ist fiese Abzocke mit Kalkul. Dafur, fur die platten Reifen und fur das mies kaputte und dreckige Auto gibts nur 3 Sterne. Die Angestellten und Shuttle Fahrer waren super nett. Am Ende aber mehr gezahlt und deren Ziel erfullt.

We also booked a rental car directly with our vacation in Mallorca. The airport pickup was quick (a minibus comes every 10 minutes and picks up passengers from the bus stop) The car was tip top and up to date. The transaction was smooth. We didnt need to use any other services. Same process for returns too. Leave the car at the Return Point and then the shuttle bus will take you to the airport directly for the terminals. We were very satisfied! I can recommend ClickRent!
