We took the panda for 3 days to explore the island. We couldnt see the car beforehand so we took what we got. The first glance of a car was a bit off. The car was dirty with dents and scratches on the outside. The driverside mirror was on a verge of falling off the front bumper was wiggly and barely attached. On the inside it was spilled with drinks or some sort and it smelled horrid like dog urine. Once we started driving ive noticed the squeaking from the brakes and wheel bearings when i turned the wheel to make a turn. Suspension was bust it bounced like a ball through every bump. The second day the car wasnt starting properly so we went back to make a return. The owner or the employee was stating that the car has a protected starting system he quoted " if you dont put a car in neutral that the car wont start". He even got the nerve mocking me if i knew how the car works. So theyve managed the car to start working somehow, eventhough i wasnt happy about it and wanted to change a car the owner said he doesnt have another one. On a day 3 we had a storm. It was the day we had to give back the car. When we got to the car we noticed that the water from the storm got inside the car and it soaked the passangers door trim. Returning to the quote ive mentioned before. cars dashboard light came on with combustion problem. So much for that car rental. Ive never driven worse car in my life. Even 1star is too much for that kind of service!

Car returning was very flexible and service was good. I forgot my wallet to the car and the owner came and opened the place just for us, that I could get my wallet late in the evening. The car we rented was in good condition. Renting was quick and easy.

Indeed the best rental on Majorca. Although we rented a car for one day, the employee (or the owner) took us from the hotel and drove us back. The website contains little information, but the price includes full insurance, no deposit is retained, and no reduction franchise. The guy was very nice and humorous. I highly recommend!

The name says it all, best rent! Rented a car here for two days, everything was good. No extra unexpected costs and two days of fun. My hotel was a little far from the rent office, but that was no problem because the car was delivered at the hotel. The communication was good and if I ever want to get back to Mallorca I will absolutely rent a car again at this company! Well done.

Advertises prices on the homepage that do not correspond to the truth at all. The cars were available but from a partner. Not directly from the rental company itself. 40 for a 500 Fiat suddenly became 80. When we asked when our own vehicles would be available again, they didnt respond at first and instead reserved the car directly over the phone. Personally, it was too stupid for me. Then I let it go and took public transport around the area stress-free.

I absolutely recommend this rental company: cheap and without surprises. We showed up on Sunday 15 May without any reservation: we rented a Ford Focus diesel for a day, price 65 euros, in line with the competitors, but without any deposit and with full comprehensive insurance. Lets add a pinch of friendliness and kindness from the owners who only do good.

We wanted to rent bikes and take a look at them beforehand, as some of them obviously had too little air and generally didnt make the best impression technically. We were then directed away from the store by the female waitress... I have never encountered such outrageous behavior... There are countless rental companies in Mallorca, we rented good bikes from one nearby and later also motorized two-wheelers, its okay...

Came around in the morning asking if we could rent a car for the day. Could possibly have been a coincidence. me behind the counter advised to rent a day in advance during the high season. We paid 75 and did not have to pay a deposit, only put it back with fuel. Car looked neat, well used. Air conditioning worked in the car. Service was very friendly and neat, open people.

Without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best rental company in Majorca and the best I have ever dealt with. They do not need a deposit, the fuel should be as much as it was (in my case half a tank), the car - a Mini convertible in nice condition, for an attractive rental amount. I recommend it 100%

Unfortunately we cant give too many stars. We wanted a Mini or Beatle convertible. When asked, they said neither were there, but they had partners with the car they wanted. Communication took place via WhatsApp. We reserved the car for Saturday and Sunday. The pickup date was Saturday at 9 a.m. Unfortunately we were delayed until 9.20...unfortunately the car wasnt there when we arrived. We found a slightly stressed but friendly employee at the office who was surprised about the reservation. She showed us our WhatsApp history with the reservation and made a phone call. It took about 15 minutes until a slightly dented mini convertible was pulled up. We got in and drove away without any questions. We knew right away that it was a fail... but it was ordered and paid for. The inside of the car, especially the whole dashboard, was so dirty... Weve never seen anything like that before. We stopped at the nearest supermarket and bought damp cleaning wipes to improve the sight and feel. Seats had white edges (sweat)? The belt left a beige make-up edge on my white blouse. Of course, the car didnt smell particularly good either. Everything worked so far... only the rear brake kept rattling/rubbing. Luckily it wasnt a trip to the mountains... that would have made me very uncomfortable. When I returned the car, the lady from the day before was there again. Of course, I immediately vented my dissatisfaction... She just said she couldnt do anything about it. The car came from an external company and they ultimately did a good job. I didnt agree with her...after all, we ended up picking up the car from her. We couldnt leave it in front of the store after we dropped it off... we had to find a parking space on our own in the completely overcrowded area. No recommendation at this point.

Wir hatten uns leider auf 9.20 verspatet bei Ankunft war das Auto leider nicht vor Ort. Wir fanden an der Geschaftsstelle eine uber die Reservierung verwunderte , leicht gestresste aber freundliche Mitarbeiterin vor. Sie liess sich unseren WhatsApp Verlauf mit der Reservierung zeigen und fuhrte ein Telefonat. Es dauerte ca 15 Minuten bis ein leicht verdellter Mini Cabrio vorgefahren wurde. Wir stiegen ein und fuhren ohne jegliche Ruckfragen fort. Uns war gleich bewusst, dass es ein Fail war aber war bestellt und bezahlt. Das Auto von innen, vor allem die ganze Armatur war so dreckig . Sowas haben wir uberhaupt noch nicht gesehen. Wir haben am nachstmoglichen Supermarkt angehalten und feuchte Reinigungstucher gekauft um den Anblick und das Wohlgefuhl etwas zu verbessern. Sitze hatten weisse Rander( Schweiss) ? Der Gurt hat einen beigen Make up Rand auf meiner weissen Bluse hinterlassen.Gerochen hat der Wagen naturlich auch nicht wirklich gut. Funktioniert hat soweit alles nur die hintere Bremse hat permanent gerasselt/ gerieben. Zum Gluck war es kein Trip in die Berge das hatte mir grosses Unbehagen bereitet. Bei der Ruckgabe des Wagens war die Dame vom Vortag wieder vor Ort .Ich habe naturlich meiner Unzufriedenheit gleich Luft verschafft . Sie meinte nur sie konne da nix zu. Das Auto kame von einer Fremdfirma und sie habe schliesslich einen guten Job gemacht. Ich habe ihr nicht recht gegeben schliesslich haben wir ja letztendlich das Auto bei ihr abgeholt. Stehen lassen konnten wir es nach Abgabe auch nicht vor dem Laden wir sollten in dem total uberfullten Viertel eigenstandig einen Parkplatz finden. Keine Weiterempfehlung an dieser Stelle.
