Rea Rent A Car in Palma

I don't recommend. At the end of July we rented a Citroen C3 and we drove from Palma de Mallorca to the west near Cala Bona. The next day on the way from Cala Bona to Alcudia, the engine error light came on, after which I immediately wrote to the car rental company, but they wrote that the car is in good condition and it is only an electronic fault. At 10:30 pm in Alcudia the car was not working, the rental company ignored my calls and messages on Whats app. We waited four hours for a towing service and a taxi, we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 am and the car rental company didn't even pay for the taxi for 75 euros, which should pay the insurance company. The car wasn't checked, had no oil. Very bad service.

Dnes jsme si pujcili bez problemu auto na tyz den, do 30min nam bylo dovezeno a ve skvelem stavu. Pan sice neumel moc dobre aj, ale pres prekladac jsme se domluvili! Zaloha byla potreba, cena na den byla prijatelna. Mohu doporucit!

Tres bonne experience ! Passe a l'improviste pour louer une voiture durant 3 jours en mai 2023 pour 2 personnes, j'ai eu immediatement une Nissan Micra assez recente, en bon etat et propre, le reservoir d'essence au 3/4 plein. Le tarif est plutot competitif (53EUR/jour), et pas de caution a laisser. Personnel tres sympathique et agreable (parle en Francais et Anglais). Possibilite de laisser la cle dans une boite si on rend le vehicule apres l'heure de fermeture (en indiquant via WhatsApp sa position). Via l'agence situee a : Calle de Manacor, 123, 07007 Palma

Avevo affittato un'auto per due giorni chiedendo esplicitamente un'assicurazione casko per qualsiasi incidente. Restituendo l'auto la signora nota un graffio sul parabrezza, le dico che mi devono aver graffiato l'auto durante la notte. Mi addebita 90 euro. Faccio presente che avevo pagato l'assicurazione ma mi precisa solo allora che avrei dovuto fare il Cid. Come avrei potuto se il danno e stato fatto in mia assenza? Torno oggi e per la stessa cifra mi assicurano che anche se non e possibile fare il Cid non dovro pagare nulla in caso di danni fatti da altri. Non tornero piu. Hanno chiaramente perso un cliente piu tutti coloro che prenderanno in considerazione la mia testimonianza

Worts service ever!! They have a terrible attitude, they don't communicate, 0 compassion, old, dirty and neglected cars and the list goes on. I went for 3 days to Majorca and decided the last 2 days to rent a car from them. The first 30mins driving the car just stopped working in the middle of nowhere! Contacted them and they said there is someone coming to pick it up and also there is a taxi for me and my friend to pick us up. 5 hours later with no food, no water, no toilet and with no shade anywhere i was thinking that the taxi was coming but it was taking too long so I called for the 10th time and the girl told me "you haven't sent me your location". I said "why didn't you call me and let me know? I thought the taxi was coming and that my patience is running low". Her response was "my patience is running low also". When we managed to go back to Palma I wanted to speak with her and she had the worst attitude you could imagine. I told her she was rude and she didn't manage our issue well at all and we were starved and thirsty for 5 hours under the sun and of course wasted one full day of our holiday and she says to me "I haven't eaten anything all day because I was busy with you. It is not my fault that you don't know how to drive. We don't give money back do you want a replacement car or not ?" Horrible person very inconsiderate not called once to ask if we are OK at least if we have water close by. Ruined the rest of the holiday. Definitely not recommended !!

Amazing local business rental company! Recommended! They rent lots of different vehicles beside cars, like electric scooters, and motorcycles. We got a stylish, almost new Citroen C3. The price was good, we didn't need to pay for deposit, and the price included all round insurance. Also they were super nice and courteous!
