REA Rent a Car Mallorca Aeropuerto in Palma

I don't recommend. At the end of July we rented a Citroen C3 and we drove from Palma de Mallorca to the west near Cala Bona. The next day on the way from Cala Bona to Alcudia, the engine error light came on, after which I immediately wrote to the car rental company, but they wrote that the car is in good condition and it is only an electronic fault. At 10:30 pm in Alcudia the car was not working, the rental company ignored my calls and messages on Whats app. We waited four hours for a towing service and a taxi, we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 am and the car rental company didn't even pay for the taxi for 75 euros, which should pay the insurance company. The car wasn't checked, had no oil. Very bad service.

Excelente servicio, el coche estaba en perfectas condiciones y nos ayudo a recorrer todo Mallorca.

Si valorais vuestro tiempo ni os molesteis en intentar alquilar un coche aqui, ignoran las solicitudes de presupuesto hechas a traves de su web, los whatsapp y las llamadas; cuando por fin consigues el esperado presupuesto te exigen fianza (al contrario de lo que publicitan en la pagina web). Y hasta aqui he llegado, en la ultima llamada (la cuarta) me prometieron decirme si por fin habia conseguido reservar el coche en un dia y ya han pasado tres. He alquilado en otro sitio, bien valorado, sin fianza y con tan solo una llamada de telefono.

Al llegar a Mallorca decidimos alquilar un coche en esta empresa por las buenas resenas. Definitivamente, las resenas deben ser de los familiares porque ... nos trajeron el coche, sucio no, lo siguiente, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Nos lo entregaron en un parking del aeropuerto y como estaba oscuro solo nos dimos cuenta de la suciedad del asiento del copiloto, hicimos video y se lo comente al chico que nos trajo el coche, no realizando este ningun comentario al respecto. Tambien venia con botellas de aguas vacias, lo que da a entender que no habian revisado el coche, ni limpiado. Al dia siguiente, cuando ya cogimos el coche realmente, nos dimos cuenta de como estaba en realidad: ASQUEROSO. Ademas, en la puerta de atras habia un lindo sujetador que supongo, la anterior arrendataria habia depositado ahi olvidandolo posteriormente (si estas leyendo esta resena, ya sabes donde puedes encontrar tu sujetador negro). Decidimos no quejarnos porque no sabiamos si nos iban hacer ir a Palma para devolver el coche y darnos otros, error numero 2. Para el pago que hicimos debimos decirlo, ya que cuando yo pago por algo lo quiero en perfectas condiciones, no que nos daba asco sentarnos en esos asientos. Nos tuvimos que ir antes de Palma por un problema, y aun sabiendo lo que habiamos firmado llame al agradable del Senor Don David para preguntarle si seria posible que nos devolviese algo del dinero pagado, a lo que dijo que no, lo cual es totalmente entendible. Entonces, le comente lo sucisimo que nos habian entregado el coche, que estaba demasiado sucio, que no lo habian revisado ni limpiado y que habia un sujetador, ademas de botellas de aguas vacias, a lo que se puso chulo, a levantar la voz y a decirme que eso se lo decia porque no me devolvia dinero. Es un impresentable, no entiendo como personas con tan mal caracter puede estar al frente de una empresa. Ya lo he dicho, alquilamos aqui por las buenas resenas, pero nos equivocamos totalmente por las condiciones de como nos entregaron el coche, culpa nuestra aceptarlo de esa forma. Para los interesados, fueron por 6 dias, un peugeot 208, 430 EUR, en condiciones asquerosas. Por supuesto, adjunto fotos para demostrar lo que digo. Ah, otra cosa, no tenia agua para poder limpiar el cristal de delante.

It is overpriced for what you get.

DO NOT rent from this "company." I had ordered a small car rental for 3 days. They charged me 150 euro which was an average price at the time. I was to pick up and drop off the vehicle at the airport. The vehicle was left in the airport parking lot with the keys and papers. However, there was no damage report filled out, no signatures required - just a blank piece of paper. Very shady. On top of of that, the "small car" they provided us was old and worn down. With less than a 1/4 tank of gas! It should always be full to full. We decided to not take the car and they assured us we would get a refund. They have not refunded my money. I did not even turn on the ignition. They had told us I would be getting a refund "tomorrow." It has been almost 3 weeks since that day. Edit*** In response to the owners comments: We were instructed to leave the car behind and a full refund would be issued the next day. (See WhatsApp conversation) As for my friend having another vehicle, this is simply untrue. We walked over to another reputable company and took one there on the spot. I have the papers to prove it!! At least someone was there with the correct papers. My girlfriend and I travelled alone, together. We did not have any other friends on the island. So your claim is very false.

Servizio ottimo, ci siamo trovati molto bene con questa compagnia! Abbiamo speso 230EUR (pagamento con carta di credito) per sette giorni (12-18 luglio) e nel prezzo era compresa anche l'assicurazione. Inoltre, non e stata richiesta alcuna cauzione. Abbiamo ritirato la macchina al parcheggio principale dell'aeroporto senza fare alcuna fila (e bastato contattarli per farsi dire dove ritirarla) e li l'abbiamo riconsegnata l'ultimo giorno. La macchina era una Peugeot 208 bianca, modello recente, ben tenuta ed estremamente pulita. L'auto ci e stata consegnata con mezzo serbatoio pieno e l'abbiamo riconsegnata allo stesso livello. Vi consiglio di fermarvi alle stazioni di servizio nei pressi di Ikea per effettuare il rifornimento, in quanto a mio avviso le piu economiche.

Great experience! They brought the car to me at the airport on a Sunday. It had a full tank of gas. I recommend buying the full insurance for only 5 euro per day. I was able to leave the car at the airport when I departed Mallorca and they came to pick it up. Fast and friendly service and available on Whatsapp. I will rent from them again!
