I have used this company for 10 years . In the last 2 years the car has not been ready despite emails. But even worse is the damage to my car over the years. In April last year real damage was done but 4 emails to the company were ignored. I sent photos but no reply. This is not a parking company to leave a nice car
Very arrogant management, staff not careful abt clients cars. Often new slight damages or scratches when picking up car after been on parking site a period. If damages occur doesnt the management accept claims so all parking is on own risk. Been client there for several years, gets worse for every year. Not a company to recommend! Im sorry, but its the truth..
I visited you on Friday morning following our multiple email exchanges this week to leave my vehicle at your parking. At no point did you indicate that I needed to bring the keys of the vehicle. When I asked, "Should I come a little bit earlier than 6 AM on Friday in case we have any administrative paper to fill in?", I received no response from you. When I inquired if I should make a reservation in advance, you replied that it was not necessary. Additionally, your website does not mention that the vehicle keys need to be left with you. https://www.parkfly.info/index.php/en/aparcar-en-aeropuerto-mallorca I am extremely disappointed with how my case was handled and your attitude towards my situation. On-site, my situation was managed very unprofessionally and without any customer orientation. You left me without any solution or options, and I was very lost. I had to perform a 15-hour trip on the same day as I had to attend a funeral. Given that I recently moved to Majorca, I had no familiar points of reference. As a result, I had to leave my car at the airport parking and pay an exorbitant rate. Additionally, when I arrived at the reception, I had to wait while the staff finished their personal conversation before attending to me. What a service! The only response I received to my complaint email was that "rules are rules." I agree that it's important to have rules, but they must be clearly communicated to people who wish to use your services. This was not the case. Not informing me about needing to leave the keys is very disappointing, especially considering the inconvenience it has caused. This is truly not the kind of service I expected. I am genuinely dissatisfied with the way my situation was managed last Friday.
Left my Mercedes C220 AMG at Park & Fly for six days. Went to collect it this morning and after paying and picking up the keys I encountered my car crashed at the front with the Mercedes badge sitting on the passenger seat. When I went to complain they refused to pass me the manager's number and insisted I had to send an email. I sent the email 24 hours ago and have not received a reply. Absolutely furious!
Poor and sloppy service After they started rental there is only 1 person to deal with manual payment of parking (who not automatic?) so you typically wait min 20 mins in the office 20 mins any even in off peak hours. Moreover there is often 20 people waiting for shuttle bus so it also take 20-30 mins= close to 1 hr to pick up a car. Worst of all is the disgusting dirty and poor state of the transfer van but only a taste to how your car is going to look. Even after having only been parked for 48 hrs. If they can find your car key that is.... Curious development; they got much more expensive and much poorer service. Looking at many other very negative comments doesn't look as if the management cares. Fortunately we have other choices
Disaster! Left our family car here over the winter. Came back and found a window had been smashed out of it. I am told it will take a week for David the manager to respond. Even then there is no guarantee they will do anything about it. I asked for a replacement car this week (they do hire cars, so they have them) and I was told "No". I have to wait for the CCTV to be looked at. A whole 6 months of CCTV. I expected secure parking from Park & Fly. Zero customer service. I now have a car that is easy to steal and I'm supposed to drive around in it! Feel sorry for the staff in the office, they obviously can't make any decisions or help.
Something has clearly gone wrong, for many months we use Park and Fly, we have the annual membership (700 euro!) and all was good but this last time last week we waited 2.5 hours for our car to show up and that was after 3 x of loudly complaining in the middle of the busy office . Then when we got home (3 hours late) saw that our front light was damaged. We will now try to get our annual money back via the lawyers. In short, until you see the reviews improve on here DO NOT USE Park & Fly Palma Airport!!
