I rented car from Mallorca airport, received so dirty and looked liked not cleaned for some time ! I had issue regarding my passport that they lost it , so most unprofessional manager, extremely rude, unfriendly and no interest to help what so ever ! I never seen this unpleasant and unprofessional customer service. She was not interested to help, told me my word against her word !!! Customer service email not replied pas 3 days , no one answering phone ! Insurance they charged me more then rent it self ... So honestly most unprofessional car rental, with most unprofessional manager ,and if you want to have peace of mind avoid this company! Because if you will need help you will not get it !!!
2h wait to get our pre booked car, then it turned out not to be the Mercedes c class we paid extra for, instead we had a dirty,smelly, scratched Seat car. Forced to pay 110eur for a full tank of fuel, picked up the car and tank was empty. Btw it only cost 50eur to fill the car - utter rubbish!
- 2,5 hours waiting time to pick up the car... - No advice during the pick-up that if you follow the signs "Rental Car Return" you will end up in a wrong garage and will have to search for the exit, drive around airport and hopefully will find the right return location... - Staff at the return location totally chilled chatting and laughing with each other regardless of the waiting customers. When approached and asked to turn in the car - I was advised to wait at the vehicle, what I did continuing watching them to have fun time... - Return agent was not rushing, examining each cm of the car - discovered a "damage" which I did not consider as such and did not report during pick-up - some residues or dirt on the loading area or rear bumper. I did not consider it as a damage and the agent was not clear if he was going to report it or not, I had no time to investigate further as I had to catch my flight (already lost time in finding the right location and queuing up for returning the car). - Upon returning home I received an invoice for 260 EUR: 200 EUR for the damage and 60 EUR for Damage processing... Well check the pictures: you can't see anything unless you light up the place under specific angle with the flash light. You can't even see it on the picture if you make it with the camera own flash. It's a real scam... - I contacted customer service of OK Mobility and Customer Service of Booking. 10 days later Booking forwarded my claim to the insurance company (I'm glad I booked the full protection from Booking). OK Mobility Customer service never got back to me. One can accept and understand many things, like "busy airport" factor, ok, they forgot to mention the return location, but the agent who gave me the keys was friendly and quick. The car was nice and we had a good experience with it. But the "scam" with the "damage" kills it all. I will not book OK Mobility again. At least not in Palma...
Despite reading some negative reviews about the car rental company, my experience was surprisingly positive. Although the pick-up wait time was around an hour, Palma is a very busy airport, getting the keys took only 10 minutes. I was offered a vehicle and insurance upgrade, but I declined without any pressure. The car I received was slightly better than expected, and even though it was a 2008 model, it was in excellent condition and easy to drive. The return process was straightforward, with no issues when validating existing damages. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations.
There are two branches at the Mallorca airport. One is almost at the exit (just a desk), and the second is a large office with a huge queue. We waited in line at the first desk for 30 minutes, but when we approached it, they told us to go to another desk. Why? It was unclear why the first desk was even there. Then, in the second big office, there was just a huge queue of hundred people (!), and we waited in line for another 3 and half hours! Even Fast Track (for +40 euros) did not help, because there was a big queue too. We already had a reservation and payment for the car. People just slept on the floor waiting for their turn. On the desk, they try to sell full insurance at a price twice bigger than the rental price. (I read reviews that they was sold additional insurance in addition to the full insurance they already had). Nevertheless, the car was in almost perfect condition. It had small scuffs and scratches that were not noted in the contract. I had to take pictures before we going on my phone so that there would be no claims against us later. However, It was not very clear and it was disturbing. Then, when we returned the car, they had a complaint about the cleanliness of the seats. There were small traces of salt, which can be removed with wet wipes for the interior. But initially, there was no requirement for the interior, only for the body and a full tank. I think that car washing and minor interior cleaning is a company service by default, and there should be no questions for the renter about this. Otherwise, you need to wash the whole car before returning it and service it all. Moreover, it was unclear whether we should pay for this and how much it cost. The person who accepted the car could not answer this question. This caused certain inconveniences. They charged us for EUR80 for little cleaning. Total: The car are good, but the overall service is poor. Next time I will choose another company.
Fraudsters. I returned the car at night without any visible damage, and in the morning I received a bill of 970 euros for damage to the wheels. No one answers calls, no one sent photos of the damage. I rent cars very often, but this is the worst company. Just scammers. Firstly, it took 2 hours to stand in line to rent a car. You can go through the fast-track line, but you have to pay 40 euros. But that wasn't the worst thing. My return flight was early in the morning, so I returned the car at night. There was a guy sitting in the office who convinced me that they would look at the car in the morning and return the deposit. As a result, I received a bill for 970 euros for damage to the front wheels, of course no one sent a photo. My photos don't show any damage. After reading other people's reviews, I realized that this is standard practice for this company. The best thing to do is to sue these scammers. Please write you experience, it will be easier to sue them in future.
We quickly arranged a car rental. We really liked the car. It was new and clean and drove very well. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get the car registered. When we returned the car, it took less than 10 minutes. We liked everything. We recommend
Review of OK-Mobility Mallorca My recent experience with OK-Mobility in Mallorca had a rocky start due to my flight delay. Unfortunately, because of the delay, the car rental service had already rented out the vehicles by the time I arrived. I couldn't reach them beforehand as it was already late, which highlighted the need for a 24/7 customer service option. However, once the car was finally available, everything went smoothly. The return process was seamless and very quick, with the only hiccup being the drive to the return location. Throughout the process, the staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to resolve the issues. Despite the initial problems, I am very satisfied with my overall experience. I would definitely rent from OK-Mobility again. The prices are reasonable, and the service, once available, was excellent.
