Moov rent a car in Palma

All those 5 stars reviews didnt lie, we rented Jeep Avenger, perfect car with no problem. Communication is through whatsapp, which makes it even easier. You dont have to wait in qeue as they drive the car to the parking lot for you. And bonus - they let us have it for an extra hour after the initial return time due to our change of flight. Excelent servise!

Booked with full insurance. They gave 2 free child seats. They sent me instruction how to collect the car on the day. Got a fairly new car (22k was on the clock). Will use them again.

Really impressed all round with this business. All booked online with clear instructions via WhatsApp on collection/drop off in the airport. Couldn't be simpler. I received the exact car I booked - a Jeep Avenger and it was pretty new with just 10k km on the clock. Seen a lot of reviews recommending taking the red pack - no insurance excess. I have a separate annual excess policy so chose the blue pack meaning EUR2750 was blocked on my credit card. No shenanigans though - the damage was clearly marked beforehand and they immediately released the block the same day as drop off. Blue pack also meant I paid EUR90 for full to empty on the fuel. I'm sure there's a reasonable mark up for them on that but I didn't mind as the daily hire price was very competitive (half the price of the big boys). Went October half term when many were out of vehicles as well. Fantastic thanks Moov - I'll definitely be back next time I'm on the island.

Finding a seamless car rental in another country can be a challenge, but Moov has done it! We paid for our 5 day rental (with full insurance) upfront online. A representative contacted me via WhatsApp within 10 minutes of landing with clear instructions on where to meet for pickup. The process took minutes and we were on our way. Our car was new, clean, and in great working condition. Drop off process was contactless as we were given the exact location at the airport for drop off. So easy! Highly recommend this company.

Can recommend this service. I booked a car for 4 days, paid everything through the website. Took out full insurance, while no deposit is required, this is a good advantage. I liked the car, great driving experience with it

Initially I was little bit sceptical upon seeing the high rating. I thought the company was somehow manipulating it. I was wrong. I was really happy with the service. You order the car (the price was better compared with other rental companies). You communicate via whatsap (very responsive). You check in online and pick up the car at the airport. You don't have to wait the line and they drive the car to you. The car was what I ordered. You leave the car at the very same place you picked it up. Very convenient, good performance for price and customer friendly. I strongly redommend it. Some areas for improvement. The email with check in information was in spanish only. The car didn't have any wipers liquid. I got to know about the contact through whatsapp here. There wasn't any such an information on your web. I had to ask proactively how to pick up and leave the car. I would have appreciated if you sent the information beforehand.

Used this car company few years ago and never put in a review was excellent from start to finish paid for the cheapest car and ended up getting a brand new VW T cross. I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again if I was to go back to majorca.

We drove a Ford Puma for 5 days and it was absolutely a smooth experience. The car is economical, comfortable and has an amazing gps navigation system (easy to use and read). The staff was amazing and the prices were delightful. If you aren't renting from here then you're doing it all wrong. You've gained yourself a customer. See you next year!
