I recently rented a car from K10 , and it was a frustrating from start to finish Firstly, the car I received had low oil, which led to a breakdown that caused us to lose an entire day of our holiday while waiting for a mechanic. This was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined our plans. To make matters worse, I paid extra for an automatic vehicle but was given a manual instead. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Additionally, I noticed that the boot shelf was broken, which made it difficult to store our belongings securely I tried to address my concerns by sending two complaints--one via email and another through their website--but I've received no response. Additionally, contacting customer service was a challenge, as many representatives struggled to communicate in English. I would not recommend k10 based on this experience. It was truly disappointing and not what I expected from a reputable car rental service.

The supposedly cheap loss leader pricing of 82 EUR for seven (7) days including (fully comprehensive) insurance via the German Internet portal Check24 on the bill in the end became plus over 1000 EUR for five (5) days - regardless of the stress and the lost holiday pleasures. By the way, this is almost double what I previously paid for accommodation and food as well as flight, so for the vacation as a whole. After, as it turned out, an obviously defective rental car - as a "generous, free of charge" upgrade a black Jeep Renegade, license plate 1118 MBV, because my actually booked and reserved car had already been rented - had been foisted on me, where electronics and engine failed after a short time, I was then charged the towing costs for it. Due to the damage I suffered, as a result of which I desperately waited for the tow truck next to the motorway for almost four hours at night, the rental period was shortened by a full two days, apart from lost holiday enjoyment and my potential claims for damages. Instead of even rudimentarily accommodating me, a week later it was the staff who claimed a presumed previous damage in the form of a scratch on the left (!) exterior mirror in the amount of over EUR500 + 21% VAT. The height of impudence and pure cynicism is the additional fee charged by the rental company for refueling after the defective car has been towed. The generous all-round protection a la "reimbursement of the deductible" advertised by German Check24 is nothing but a con trick at this point, because towing costs, as it quickly turned out on the phone at the Check24 "Personal Emergency Hotline", are excluded from the insurance cover. I would like to emphasize that in the past I have not had anywhere comparably shocking experiences with any of the many rentals in Spain, not even via the Check24 platform, as with this car rental in Mallorca. I can therefore not recommend this provider in particular, but neither Check24 in general, and I will not book again via this platform, although I have used the Check24 travel center a lot in the past and up to date. In my opinion, K*10 Mobility is at least a dubious, if not criminal company, in which it is better not to set foot without the accompaniment of a Spanish lawyer. The fraud is systematic. I would therefore like to call the police on the spot. The employee in question, "Carolina", who sold me a broken car, as well as Senor Lozano, who gave me the bill for this, I sincerely wish that each of their past and future actions will result in an adequate response in their lives.

K10 canceled our fully paid reservation without notice, because we had reserved the car too early (from 10 am, while our flight arrived in the evening). They had all our details, including flight number, mail, phone number, but never bothered to check or use any of those when we didn't show up at 10 am. They just canceled the fully paid booking and we had to pay 40 euros to have the reservation restored or make a new booking for over 300 euros when we arrived that evening with the flight we had stated on the booking. Apart from that the car was fine and the check out went smoothly. But with such a lack of customer centric service you don't deserve more than two stars as a company.

We had a very smooth experience. The agents were nice and professional. No drama. The car was new and in a good state. Very similar to what was stated when booked. Time spent picking the car up and dropping it off was minimal. They also stated that the car had some scratches in advance, so we could note them and take pictures. Only thing, we struggled to find the shuttle at the airport as we had to ask around.

Everything was good if you know what to expect Make sure you have a proper Credit Card, not Debit. Be ready they will try to sell you extra insurance, you probably don't need it and already have everything covered. Mind the office working hours, if you want to get or return your car behind these hours - make sure you talked to the manager and they agree first. Other than that everything went smoothly, there is a toilet, A/C, seats in the office while you're waiting for a car. The return was fast, 2 minutes. Shuttle every 20-30 minutes, the ride was about 10 minutes long.

We rented a Fiat 500 hybrid for 10 days. At the airport despite explanations we had, we couldn't find the K10 shuttle. There are no signs anywhere and no one waiting for you when you arrive. After arriving by TAXI, we were served by the young lady with long brown hair gathered in a braid, she was not nice, and didn't explain well why and what we had to compulsorily pay. She imposed on us a premium insurance of 330EUR including 10EUR per day because the driver was under 25, the other solution was to pay 1200EUR and then maybe we would get it back if nothing happened (like bail), very confusing! I asked her if the driver could be changed and she said it wasn't possible. Payments are mandatory to be made with the driver's credit card. The car was not as well cleaned as others have written in reviews, there were already many dents on the body. We returned the car full of fuel as it said in the contract. The guy who did the check on the return got into the car and I don't know what he had done with his tablet but, magically the fuel level had dropped and he said the car wasn't full. After going for gas again, the level was still the same. Something was not working properly. At the same day of the return, I noticed that another family was quite controversial because there was a dent under the front bodywork. For the return shuttle we had to wait at least half an hour. I recommend that you return the car on time and not at the last minute because you might be late to the airport. I recommend going to another car rental company!

Rented a car here for a week. Got the best price on the market. The car was quite fresh, in a really good condition. They did not insist on any extra insurance, even gave me some instructions on how to behave if I were planning to use my own insurance for the deductible part. In addition to the deposit they also held an extra deposit for fuel, around 125 euro. Check in was pretty fast, but drop off was much faster and absolutely hassle-free. The shuttle-bus goes every 15-20 minutes next to the arrival exit. All the money was released in just one day, which is amazing compared to many other rentals. In case you want to do pickup/drop off no in operated hours, you need to pay extra 40 eur, but yes, that is in your contact. Most of the negative reviews are based on the fact, that people just do not read their contract, but everything is there. You do need a credit card in your name, working hours as well as the 40eur policy are also there. Just read the contract.

I can only comment on my experience but the shuttle bus was prompt and the driver was friendly. When we got to the car lot, the lady serving us (no queue) was lovely and we got our car very quickly. The car seemed very new, some small chips / scratches on it but they didn't try to blame us for them when we dropped the car back off. There's a couple of vending machines on site which seemed really good value for money but we didn't have anything so I can't comment further.

All in all, we (luckily) didnt have any super bad experiences. There are a few points though. The price-performance ratio was unbeatable. The Opel Mocca that we got was absolutely great! I had already taken photos of minor damage when I received the vehicle, as I always do when traveling. Of course, they tried to sell me additional insurance, which I politely declined because I had booked complete insurance through the booking portal. There was then a somewhat unfriendly note that if the worst comes to the worst, this wouldn t cover any damage. I would like to deduct one star for the fact that we had to spend four hours at the airport on the day of departure because off-season the office is only open until 5 p.m. and the shuttle only runs until 4:30 p.m. This was not communicated in advance and unfortunately it has now cost us a good three hours of vacation time. Unfortunately, communication between the agency, rental company and end user failed miserably!!! In any case, there is a big star deduction for the different and very unclear directions to the shuttle point, which is hidden to the left behind the parking garage of the other rental car companies. After we found the car and waited for 30 minutes, I luckily reached someone on the phone who assured me that the shuttle would be there in ten minutes. We waited another 20 minutes. A bit annoying! In the shuttle there was a tempo hanging between the headrest and the seat, on arrival and departure... Cleaning every now and then doesnt hurt. Overall, they could be a little friendlier. Doesnt hurt either. Apart from that, the return was uncomplicated and the car was, as I said, great.

Wir haben alles in allem (zum Gluck) keine super schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ein paar Punkte gibts aber doch. Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhaltnis war unschlagbar. Der Opel Mocca, den wir bekommen haben, war absolut top! Kleinere Schaden hatte ich bereits bei Entgegennahme des Fahrzeugs fotografiert, wie ich es immer auf Reisen mache. Naturlich wurde versucht, mir eine Zusatzversicherung unterzujubeln, die ich dankend ablehnte, da ich einen Komplettschutz uber das Buchungsportal gebucht hatte. Daraufhin gab es einen etwas unfreundlichen Hinweis darauf dass das ja im Falle des Falles keine Schaden abdecken wurde. Ich wurde gern einen Stern fur den Umstand abziehen, dass wir am Abreisetag vier Stunden am Flughafen zubringen mussten, weil Off - Season das Buro nur bis 17.00 Uhr geoffnet hat und das Shuttle nur bis 16.30 Uhr fahrt. Das wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert und hat uns jetzt leider gute drei Stunden Urlaubszeit gekostet. Da ist die Kommunikation zwischen Vermittlung, Vermietung und Endverbraucher leider klaglich gescheitert!!! Einen dicken Stern Abzug gibt es in jedem Fall fur die unterschiedlichen und sehr unklaren Wegbeschreibungen zum Shuttle Point, der versteckt links hinter dem Parkhaus der anderen Mietwagen- Firmen liegt. Nachdem wir den Gefunden und geschlagene 30 Minuten gewartet haben, hab ich zum Gluck telefonisch jemanden erreicht, der mir versicherte, dass in zehn Minuten das Shuttle kommt. Wir haben weitere 20 Minuten gewartet. Etwas argerlich! Im Shuttle hing ein Tempo zwischen Kopflehne und Sitz, bei Anreise und Abreise ... Ab und an reinigen schadet nicht. Insgesamt konnte man ein bisschen freundlicher sein. Schadet auch nicht. Abgesehen davon war Die Ruckgabe unkompliziert und das Auto war wie gesagt super.

Absolute rip off!!!!!! I should sign that the car will be refueled for 60 euros, just in case. I declined, answer: then there is no rental car. I have to sign this, otherwise I wont get anything. Of course I did, I was standing somewhere in the middle of nowhere behind a 2m high wall with no means of transportation. I never saw the 60 euros again. The car wasnt filled with gas either and I was supposed to bring the car back empty. Nobody fueled anything, they just collected money. And that despite the fact that I had a fair tank regulation according to the contract (full/full, empty/empty).

We booked a car in April through cheap rental cars at K10. There were no problems picking up or returning the car. The car itself looked quite new and didnt cause any problems. The description on the K10 website helped me find the location of the shuttle at the airport. Given the number of shuttles at the airport, a sign from the provider could have marked the correct bay, but otherwise it also helps if you look at the pictures here of what the shuttle looks like. When I picked up the car, they offered an upgrade/insurance but didnt pursue it further when I declined. Would recommend the provider.

Wir haben im April ein Auto uber billigermietwagen bei K10 gebucht. Sowohl bei der Abholung als auch Ruckgabe des Wagens gab es keine Probleme. Der Wagen selbst wirkte noch recht neu und hat ebenfalls keine Probleme gemacht. Um den Standort des Shuttles am Flughafen zu finden hat mir die Beschreibung auf der Website von K10 geholfen. Bei der Menge an Shuttles am Flughafen hatte noch ein Schild des Anbieters die richtige Bucht kennzeichnen konnen, ansonsten hilft es aber auch, wenn man sich hier die Bilder anschaut wie das Shuttle aussieht. Bei der Abholung des Wagens wurde noch ein Upgrade / Versicherung angeboten aber auch nicht weiter nachgehakt als ich dies abgelehnt habe. Wurde den Anbieter weiterempfehlen.

Unfortunately my experience was very very bad. After I had already booked a fully comprehensive insurance policy with all-round protection through booking, I had to take out additional insurance for 157.99 due to my credit card being insufficient. Here only an amount of 200 was blocked for not refueling when returning. After I returned the vehicle with a full tank (gas station right near the return point) (03.08.24) I was informed after checking that everything was OK. Now I had to find out today 08/15/24 because I was charged 200. Lawyer has been informed!!! Ive already done this - I even spoke to Fabian Cabral personally and nothing happened. Im waiting. Nachdem ich uber booking bereits eine Vollkasko mit Rundumschutz gebucht hatte musste ich aufgrund nichtsusreichender Kreditkarte eine weitere Versicherung uber 157,99 abschliessen. Nachdem ich das Fahrzeug vollgetankt (Tankstelle unmittelbar in der Nahe der ruckgabestelle) zuruckgegeben habe(03.08.24) wurde mir nach Uberprufung mitgeteilt das alles in Ordnung sei. Jetzt musste ich heute 15.08.24 feststellen, da mir die 200 belastet wurden. Anwalt wurde informiert!!! Dieses habe ich bereits getan ich habe sogar mit Fabian Cabral personlich gesprochen und Nix ist passiert. Ich warte. Immer noch auf 160 die unrechtmassig abgebucht wurden. Bis heute keine reaktion(14.10.24) Heute ist der 12.11.2024 bis heute keine Reaktion

Zudem funktionierte Apple CarPlay anfangs nicht, und leider war kein Mitarbeiter der Autovermietung bereit, uns dabei zu helfen das Problem zu losen. Am Schalter wurde sehr aufdringlich versucht, uns eine zusatzliche Versicherung zu verkaufen. Hohe SB 1.800,- (Bei SUV PKW) Positiv: Der Austauschwagen war Top. Die recht hohe Selbstbeteiligung von 1.800,- wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden nach Ruckgabe des PKW auf unsere Kreditkarte wieder gutgeschrieben.

I am very satisfied with K10 clean, new car (Jeep) with no defects. The shuttle bus was easy to find after requesting a waiting bus driver. Unfortunately the description is not entirely successful. The waiting time on site was 45 minutes, so unfortunately it wasnt that quick. But there was no attempt to sell extras like insurance or anything like that. The return was very quick and without any complaints. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star because contrary to the booking (fair refueling) the tank was not full but was already below the reserve (this was no longer displayed)

It is the first time that I have given such a negative review....but it is the worst experience I have had both in renting the vehicle and in the treatment of the staff. To begin with, our flight was delayed due to the storm and we were caught raining upon arrival. The pick-up point is not marked and it is crazy to be able to find it. And lets not say the number of calls we made on the phone without getting any response. What is the phone for? We spent more than an hour waiting for them to pick us up... a courtesy van comes and it turns out that we dont fit in and we wait again, soaked, for another long time in the rain, when the company is five minutes from the airport. After arriving at the office again to wait a long time since there was only one person attending. We had made the car reservation with Doyouspain which included platinum insurance and what is our surprise when they tell us that if something happens to the car we have to pay for it, that they have nothing to do with Doyouspain so they give us the option of withholding 1,800 from us or making other insurance with them. Out of desperation at the amount of time lost, we opted to do the insurance with K10. We had the car reserved from 3:00 p.m. on a Friday until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, so we had to pay for three days. I understand that although we arrived after 7 p.m., we have to pay for the three days previously contracted. What I dont understand is that the insurance that I am taking out with K10 has to be for three days when I only have the car for two days. Well, they go and tell me that thats what it is, that it depends on how many days I have the rented car. Didnt they say that they had nothing to do with Doyouspain?.... we are taking out the insurance later. We ask for the complaint form and they tell us that we are going to waste our time. At the reception of the car, the treatment was also with maximum cockiness and arrogance. When they had to take us back to the airport they spent a long time making us wait... with bad intentions. Thank goodness there were other passengers and they complained if not, wed miss the flight. I do not recommend this company at all.... the worst of the worst

Es la primera vez que pongo una resena tan negativa....pero es la peor experiencia que he tenido tanto en el alquiler del vehiculo como en el trato del personal. Para empezar nuestro vuelo se retraso por el temporal y nos pillo la llegada lloviendo.El punto de recogida no viene senalizado y es una locura poder encontrarlo. Y no digamos la cantidad de llamadas que hicimos por telefono sin obtener respuesta ninguna. Para que esta el telefono? Estuvimos mas de una hora a que nos recogieran....viene una furgoneta de cortesia y resulta que no cabemos y volvemos a esperar empapados otro buen rato bajo la lluvia, cuando la empresa esta a cinco minutos del aeropuerto. Tras llegar a la oficina otra vez a esperar un buen rato ya que solo habia una persona atendiendo. Nosotros habiamos hecho la reserva del coche con Doyouspain la cual nos incluia el seguro platino y cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando nos dicen que si le pasa algo al coche lo tenemos que pagar, que ellos no tienen nada que ver con Doyouspain asi que nos dan a la opcion de retenernos 1800 o hacer otro seguro con ellos. Con la desesperacion de la cantidad de tiempo perdido optamos por hacer el seguro con K10. Nosotros teniamos el coche reservado desde las 15 horas de un viernes hasta las 19 horas del domingo, asi que teniamos que pagar tres dias. Yo entiendo que aunque llegamos pasadas las 19 horas tengamos que pagar los tres dias contratadas previamente lo que no entiendo es que el seguro que estoy contratando con K10 tenga que ser de tres dias cuando solo tengo el coche dos dias. Pues van y me dicen que eso es lo que hay , que depende de los dias que tengo el coche alquilado. ? No decian que no tenian nada que ver con Doyouspain?.... nosotros estamos contratando el seguro despues. Le pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y nos dicen que vamos a perder el tiempo. En la recepcion del coche el trato tambien fue con una chuleria y una prepotencia maxima. Cuando tenian que volver a llevarnos al aeropuerto estuvieron un buen rato haciendonos esperar..... con mala intencion. Menos mal que habia otros pasajeros y se quejaron si no, perdemos el vuelo. No recomiendo para nada esta empresa.... lo peor de lo peor
