Prelevement supplementaire sans prevenir sur ma carte bancaire 1 mois et demi apres mon retour de vacances. J'avais pourtant regle debut Aout la prestation complete en prenant l'assurance en plus (2 jours en Fiat 500 !) Aucun litige au retour lors de la restitution et decouverte d'un prelevement frauduleux sur mes comptes le 20 septembre ! En attendant le lancement d'une procedure, je conseille de fuir cette agence de location....!

We reserved our car for 10 o'clock. After 20 minutes of waiting they told us they dont have a car for 10 o'clock ready and we need to wait another 2 hours to get a car. What a joke

Un autentico saca dineros. Alquilamos un coche con Iscar Rent a Car intentando encontrar un precio asequible. Tras hablar con ellos por telefono, una conversacion bastante escueta y nada clara por su parte, llegamos a recoger el coche y pagar y por ser la tarjeta de debito en lugar de credito tuvimos que abonar bastante mas dinero. Al devolver el coche le devolvimos con el deposito de gasolina igual de poco lleno como nos le dieron y como nos dijeron que hiciesemos. Nuestra sorpresa fue que nos "multaron" con 35EUR por no dejarles el deposito a 1/4 cuando no nos dijeron que lo dejasemos asi. Les pedimos que nos devolviesen ese dinero y por supuesto no lo han hecho. LAS COSAS CLARAS DESDE EL PRINCIPIO, POR FAVOR.
A real money grabber. We rented a car with Iscar Rent a Car trying to find an affordable price. After speaking with them on the phone, a fairly brief and unclear conversation on their part, we arrived to pick up the car and pay and because it was a debit card instead of a credit card we had to pay a lot more money. When we returned the car we returned it with the gas tank just as little full as they gave it to us and as they told us to do. Our surprise was that they "fined" us EUR35 for not leaving the deposit at 1/4 when they didn't tell us to leave it that way. We asked them to return that money to us and of course they have not done so. THINGS CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING, PLEASE.
