Extremely recommend. We went in and rented a car on the day for a week and they were very accommodating. Really good pricing, they gave us a free upgrade to an almost new car and were hassle free in every aspect, no deposits needed, full coverage / insurance included in the price, half a tank to return as so and seamless drop off. Will definitely be renting from here again & recommending to friends and family.

I rent cars couple of times before and I now my best experience is with Iberauto, working crew is super helpful, patient and responds really fast via email. I had many questions about kid chair and Javier was so kind to provide images and answer all my questions. Then everything happened as described in email, money were taken in day of my flight, Javier was waiting with car, he explained everything to me. Car was clean, in really good condition, drives as expected. I would rent car in Iberauto once again! Thank you :)

I did not have a very good experience. I did not reserve the car in advance. I came to the office and was promised to have a new car ready in front of the office at a certain time, in about an hour. It was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. It was not ready. Instead they sent me to antoher office a few hunderd meters away. There I got a car, but not new with automatic tranmission as promised, but very old manual. Braking gave a very strange sound we were afraid it would not brake in steeper terrain. I am going somewhere else next time.

We got a rental car for the day through this place and it was very straight forward. We payed 60EUR for an Opel Corsa, and we where 5 average sized guys. Simple lease process. A bit out of the ordinary for me was that you rent the car with a close to empty tank of gas, but then again you can return the car with an empty tank as well. Rather simple procedure. Upon renting the car is fully ensured.

I needed a car for 1 day, I arrived by plane and if you rent the car at the airport, you have to return it at the airport and that was uncomfortable for me. I looked for rental companies in Palma and this is the one that offered the most competitive prices and good looking and sized cars. The treatment was perfect, the car was clean and when it was time to deliver the car to me they pointed out that it had 2 small scratches, on the front fenders, which were from other drivers and dont worry, they already knew about it. The operation of the car was perfect (An automatic Citroen C5) and when we returned it we did a visual examination to verify that the vehicle was returned in the same conditions. I was charged initially (on the credit card) for the vehicle rate + 400 euros which would be the insurance excess in case I damaged the vehicle, and as soon as it was verified that the vehicle was returned in the same conditions, the charge was reversed in front of me and they gave me the visa document for the return of the money. The truth is that I have come across other companies that tell you that they will return it to you and they return it to you after a while. I recommend this company 100%, for clarity and honesty.

Yo necesitaba un coche para 1 dia, llegaba en avion y si el coche lo alquilas en el aeropuerto, pues lo has de devolver en el aeropuerto y eso para mi era incomodo. Busque empresas de alquiler en Palma y esta es la que ofrecia precios mas competitivos y coches con buena pinta y tamano. El trato perfecto, el coche limpio y a la hora de entregarme el coche me senalaron que tenia 2 pequenas rascadas, en las aletas delanteras, que eran de otros conductores y que tranquilo que ya lo sabian. El funcionamiento del coche fue perfecto (Un Citroen C5 automatico) y cuando lo devolvimos hicimos un examen visual para comprobar que el vehiculo era devuelto en las mismas condiciones. A mi se me cobro de inicio (en la tarjeta de credito), la tarifa del vehiculo + 400 euros que seria la franquicia del seguro en caso de que yo danara el vehiculo, y en cuanto se comprobo que el vehiculo era devuelto en las mismas condiciones se retrocedio el cargo delante mio y me dieron el papelito de visa de la devolucion del dinero. La verdad es que me he encontrado en otras empresas, que te dicen que ya te lo devolveran y te lo devuelven al cabo de un tiempo. Yo recomiendo esta empresa al 100%, por claridad y honestidad.
