Europcar Mallorca Palma Aeropuerto in Palma

I rented a car online from Europcar for 235 euros, but when I arrived at the office, they wouldn't give us the car unless I paid an additional 301 euros for extra insurance because the car was not insured for anything except the deposit. So, the rental cost a total of 536 euros. When I told them that they didn't mention any additional insurance on the website and showed them my reservation, they said it was an old offer. However, I had already paid and couldn't cancel the reservation, so I had two options: either cancel it and lose 235 euros because thay not gonna gave me the many back , or pay the additional fee of 301 euros and take the car even though it was not my problem that the information on their website wasn't updated. The car was also very dirty inside and outside. I don't recommend this company at all and they don't even deserve one star. But I had to give them one star just to prove my comment. And I'm not satisfied at all

I recently rented a car from this company and had a disappointing experience with the person at the rental counter. They were extremely pushy, making me feel uncomfortable throughout the process. It was clear they were more interested in upselling additional services rather than helping me make the right decisions for my rental. They even treated the choices I made as if they were poor or stupid, which left a very negative impression. When I got to my rental car, it was not very clean and had damage on the side. Making me feel like I was punished for not purchasing everything trying to be pushed on me.

Our Europcar experience at Palma airport was excellent all round. Check in was swift and we were in our car within 15 minutes. Europcar are found on the first floor of the Car Hire compound. They have many bays, which are clearly marked for Europcar. On return to Palma - again very straightforward. Make sure you park in the "return" area which is easily accessed as you enter on the ramp (immediate right) The staff were excellent, and very helpful. All admin was up to date and promptly dealt with. I would definitely use again.

An awful experience, first service agent tried to sell upgrade for "special" discount of only 15EUR / day instead of 80 which is complete non-sense, then car was extremely dirty inside and outside plus damaged all around. Contract did not include all damages so took pictures and somehow missed one damage which ultimately got charged as a new damage. Stuff extremely arrogant clearly showing that they dont care. Ripp-off ... stay away from them as I will do in the future!

Good electric car but not the battery size I booked and no information what application to use for example with Endesa charging station or any other provider. The charging network is not in the same level as in northern Europe

My experience was perfect, it could not be any better. I booked the car via booking.com before the holiday. I arrived to the airport 21/08/2024 around 21.00. The office in the airport was closed but there was a clear sign pointing where to pick up the car (parking building). 5mins on foot. After arrival to parking lot, there was no queue or anything, quickly I picked up my car (Dacia sandero) which was supposed to be Polo. Yet, Sandero was much better only with 8000 kms mileage. I had already bought my insurance via booking. They offered extra insurances, and better car options with extra money, I kindly rejected and there was no insistent or so. Then I got the key, there was no status report or anything relevant to car. I was told to take pictures in the first 24hrs and that will be enough. Before leaving the parking lot I took detailed pictures. After completing 1 week of holiday, yesterday I drop the car off at the same location. A guy came to check the car. He made a quick inspection, there were some dents and scratches, he said that he already knows them and he did not even check my pictures. After a few hours later, shortly after my arrival to home, I got 800EUR deposit back. So smooth and nice process, people and car. Highly recommended.

We booked a small car for 5 days, expecting a Toyota, but were pleasantly surprised to receive a Fiat 500 convertible instead. We were more than pleased with this car, which was very clean and perfect for our road trip around Mallorca. The entire process went smoothly, from picking up the car to returning it. We had no issues, and the deposit was refunded the day after we returned the car, which was quick and efficient. We highly recommend this rental agency in Mallorca, as our experience was truly delightful.

Queued for an hour even though we were in a priority queue. Then we were given a much smaller car than we booked. If a car advertises as having space for 5 luggage they will advise that the luggage needs to be small sizes.
