Europcar in Palma

Was told to return car with 1/4 tank, as was given with 1/4th tank, 2 days after they sent the receipt for 80 fueling fee, and extra kms given. No response since. 55 euros car rental turned to 190 euros. No answers since and card was charged

Rude rude man! What a terrible experience we had here. Firstly, this employee who greeted us at the desk told us we cannot have an automatic vehicle (which we booked and paid for) and must take a manual car, which neither of us can drive. He said if we don't take the manual car, then we won't get any refund and this is our problem. After disputing this for 10mins, he then said actually you can have an automatic car, but now we only have 8mins left to my shift so we need to be fast. He then told us we don't have any insurance, which was incorrect as I booked and paid for that online. He assured us we don't have any and in case of accident, we'd have to pay everything. I asked him to wait a minute while i check my email for documents and while I was trying to translate them from Spanish to English, he was counting down minutes saying if we don't hurry up and don't finish up booking in 4 minutes, he will charge us 60 extra euros. Given this pressure, we agreed to go with his proposed insurance plan. We paid 183 euros for this insurance... to then later find out (at my own time, with no pressure) that I already had paid for this insurance upon my booking, as suspected, so this man at the counter lied to us and made us pay extra 183 for insurance that i already had. Very upsetting and I really hope the customer service will investigate this and give us a refund.

Fantastic experience renting a car from our Virgin cruise stop. We had 9 hours and wanted to see the island, and enjoy some mountain switchback driving, and this agency worked out perfect. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the pier (some construction at the time but no worries) and easy to find the rental agency in the mall. Quick checkout process, and off we went! Easy driving, amazing views, an awesome experience at our own pace for a fraction of the cost of a cruise excursion! Smooth check back in and no surprises! Highly recommended!

Their new location is very convenient and it is easy to find them. Also leaving the car is stress-free, thanks to their dedicated parking space inside the mall's garage. The staff is friendly, and their cars are great. I've rented a car from them several times now and have always been very satisfied with their service.

Scammer agents. Added extras that I didn't ask for and didn't sign for. Gave me a SEAT when I paid for a BMW. The agent actually grinned and said "or similar". [EDIT] Why? So you can give me a partial refund or credit if I take down an honest review? I don't think so.

Easy to find when leaving cruise port. About a 10 min walk. Located in the mall on the lowest level. Friendly efficient service and was able to rent a Polestar electric car. Sweet ride!

The worst experience in Mallorca with Europcar, do not recommend. Record the entire conversation on your phone that takes place at the Europcar office, it'll be easier later, as they are a deceitful company. I've been in correspondence with the company after receiving the final bill, and their attitude is very awful, beware!
