Buen espiritu, buena gestion, muy organizado. Todo muy digital. Fantastica oportunidad para socios de Som Energia que visitan Mallorca. Contacto muy agradable, claro y efectivo. Coche limpio y todo funciona perfectamente, integracion con Android bien con cable, con bluetooth no lo consegui. Al 100% cargado (gracias Elena!) hemos ido hasta las cuevas de Arta y vuelto a Palma con un 14% restante de carga. Lamentablemente los 4 cargadores de Manacor estaban fuera de servicio y en el resto de paradas no habia (que no es culpa de ecotxe!). En el centro comercial fan los cargadores no funcionan con los Zoe. Cosa que podria mejorarse ? Puede que la informacion en referencia al uso concreto (abrir 1a vez, salir parking, uso coche, cerrar ultima vez) podria concentrarse y ponerse en los FAQ de la web y/o en Youtube (ya q hay canal...).
Good spirit, good management, very organized. Everything very digital. Fantastic opportunity for Som Energia members visiting Mallorca. Very pleasant, clear and effective contact. Clean car and everything works perfectly, integration with Android well with cable, with Bluetooth I couldn't get it. At 100% charged (thanks Elena!) we went to the Arta caves and returned to Palma with a remaining 14% charge. Unfortunately, the 4 Manacor chargers were out of service and there were none at the rest of the stops (which is not ecotxe's fault!). At the fan mall the chargers don't work with the Zoe. What could be improved? Perhaps the information in reference to the specific use (open for the first time, leave the parking lot, use the car, close for the last time) could be concentrated and put in the FAQ of the website and/or on YouTube (since there is a channel...).
Una iniciativa muy interesante. Lastima que al final acaben aparcando los coches en las plazas de recarga de un parking publico y sin cargar el coche. Como simple parking quitando la oportunidad de cargar a otros vehiculos electricos. La iniciativa es muy loable, pero por favor, cuando el coche lo tengas cargado muevelo!!!!. Las plazas que alquilais no son las de carga. Esas son para cargar. Dias sin moverse hemos visto a vuestra flota que lo primero que debe dar es ejemplo de la rotacion y el respeto entre propietarios de vehiculo electrico. Si no todo lo que vendeis (sostenibilidad y Medio ambiente) se enturbia con esta actitud pasiva, poco civica y falta de empatia.
A very interesting initiative. It's a shame that in the end they end up parking the cars in the charging spaces of a public parking lot and without charging the car. As a simple parking lot, removing the opportunity to charge other electric vehicles. The initiative is very laudable, but please, when you have the car loaded, move it!!!! The spaces you rent are not cargo spaces. Those are for loading. Days without moving we have seen your fleet that the first thing it must set is an example of rotation and respect between electric vehicle owners. If not, everything you sell (sustainability and the environment) is clouded by this passive, uncivil attitude and lack of empathy.
Fantastica iniciativa para aquellos que no necesitamos coche en el dia a dia pero lo necesitamos para paseos puntuales para disfrutar de esta paradisiaca isla sin contaminar.
Fantastic initiative for those of us who do not need a car on a daily basis but need it for specific trips to enjoy this paradise island without polluting.
