Really great service from ClickRent. Shuttle bus right outside the terminal ready to take you to the rental. Once we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a Renault Clio and were told to take pictures before leaving (this is a must!) The car with only 30,000kms was dinged/dented/scraped all over so we took lots of pictures to cover ourselves. On return the car was checked over by a really friendly guy and my EUR1000 bond was released pretty much straight away. 3 shuttle busses were ready and waiting and dropped us back at the airport. Great service would defiantly use again, especially for the price and ease of use. But remember always take pictures, a lot of their cars are scraped and dinged up. Don't chance it!

I rented a car from ClickRent for two weeks and, while the staff were individually kind, the overall experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Midway through my rental, I received an email notifying me that the car I was using had been sold, and a replacement would be delivered. This required coordination and disrupted my vacation, but I accommodated the change. When the new car was delivered, I was not provided with a damage report, nor were any pre-existing scratches or dents pointed out. Upon returning the car, I was told that there was a new scratch on the bumper, which I disputed as I had driven the vehicle responsibly and the scratch is barely noticeable (see photo). The staff assured me that photos taken during the car exchange would be reviewed to verify the damage claim before any bills were filed. Minutes later, however, I received a bill for 385 euros with photo attachments that failed to load. When I returned to ask for proof of the damage, the staff spent an hour searching for these images, but they were unable to produce them. Though the team was polite, this response was unhelpful and raised doubts about the company's handling of evidence. I am willing to take responsibility for damages I may have caused, but given that ClickRent could not provide clear evidence, I believe this charge is unjust. Additionally, when I requested a formal Spanish complaint form, I was given an internal company form instead. This lack of transparency further suggests a disregard for fair and honest practices. It's unfortunate that ClickRent seems more focused on charging customers unfairly rather than providing reliable and transparent service. Be careful with ClickRent.

Great customer service!! My family and I had a great experience with Clickrent. The car we rented took us all around Mallorca with no issues and super fuel efficient. All the service was smooth! From the online booking and pre check in, airport pick up/drop off, to get to their main office to pick up our car. I want to particularly say thank you to Asier and Ivan who helped us with all our very specific requirements. Asier was super friendly and wanted to make sure we had the right car for our needs. Tony helped us with the car drop off, and he was super nice to explain everything, and I was able to get my full deposit. Fully recommended!!

Stay away from this company! Just want to share some experiences renting a car from them. Their full insurance package covers only very few things. Read all the documents they send you carefully, only in small letters: "Undercarriage, roof, car interior, lost or broken keys, vehicle equipment and damages related to misuse not covered." The so called full coverage and 0 excess is just a joke. We booked an Ibiza but got a Nissan, alright, we found out later however, there is no parking sensor for this car at all!!! Many of their cars have the same problem. Imagine you drive backwards parking and hear nothing! Must be very carefully during the whole trip. Unfortunately, we had a small damage on the low part of the car body because of the high road shoulder stone. They insist the damage is on the car undercarriage and charged for 163 Euro. Anyway, good luck if you have booked a car at this company, otherwise, go for another one.

This was my first time with this car rental. Everything was good! We liked the car, the service, the shuttle connection (make sure you find it once you leave the arrival hall), the only thing I could complain about was the hotline wait time for an English speaking agent when we had a little problem starting the car due to the issue with the accumulator. We had to use the cables from the other car to get the engine running. I reported this issue when we returned the car. The deposit was already unblocked and all good. I'd use this company again

We found and booked the car through Check24. Click Rent is easy to find and very well-organized. The branch is very clean, and if you have to wait longer, you can get some beverages (coffee, cola etc.) Mario and Marina assisted us. Everything was handled within 10 minutes, the car was shown to us, and everything was explained in great detail. Mario seems to speak all the languages in the world fluently Top service! Keep it up.

Well , the car rent is biggest scum ever !!!!! On arrival they gave me almost new car instead of used for no extra fee, was surprised ! They didn't tell to take pictures , so I didn't fulishly . Have seen small stuff on the black plastic , didn't think nothing of it . So they found another little thing on Bamber where loading area is . They ended up charging EUR700. Scum , scum , scum. Don't use them . They making money on scumming people .

The clickrent company has a lot of hidden fees. We got charged with 60EUR for young driver fee, that doesnt make any sense and the fee wasnt written anywhere. The next problem (that got solved) was that our car has broke down(speedometer error) the next day after renting it. We tried to call the company but after 40 mins of waiting on the line we got into the car and went there. We got a new car in 10 mins no problem, then after driving it for 5 min, the tire was flat and some other things didnt work. So we went back and they gave us the third replacement car. The car was horrible, dirty and was missing a cover for electric wires. After 20 minutes of negotiating we got a free upgrade and from then it was totally fine no problem. But the hidden fees and problem with cars that have 20k km max is awful. I wouldnt recommend visiting it.

Worst place to rent a car! I rented multiple times in Palma and this place is very unprofessional. They told us we have to take a shuttle from the airport to the rental place. There were no signs on how to get to the meeting point. After asking multiple people we waited 35 minutes for the shuttle! Best thing: we were too many people. Everyone started shouting and we, together with others, couldn t enter. We had to take a taxi and pay 16 ! At the rental we had to wait another 40 minutes to get to the counter. Worst and most exhausting way to start a vacation!

Solicitamos ayuda para la colocacion (sobra decir que la silla deberia estar colocada en el momento de la entrega del coche), a lo que el trabajador se niega por prohibicion expresa por parte de la empresa. Tenemos que colocarla practicamente a oscuras (habia anochecido, escasa iluminacion en el parking...). Cumulo de despropositos que hicieron que pasaran 3 horas entre el aterrizaje y la entrega del coche. Servicio y atencion al cliente nefastos. Por supuesto no repetiremos con esta empresa en un futuro.

BIG BEWARE of this company!! Some of them offer cheap lock-in tariffs and then force you to take out expensive additional insurance or take a 4,000 deposit, which, according to an employee, can take up to 4 weeks to pay back!!! I didnt accept expensive additional insurance or the very high deposit, didnt start the contract on site in Son Oms (didnt rent and didnt get a car) and didnt get my prepaid car rental for 7 days refunded or credited. This is FRAUD on the customer and intentional RIP OFF!! I am now looking for another rent-a-car company that is honest and customer-friendly. In my opinion, ClickRents company policy is designed to defraud customers.
