Azul Cars - Rent a Car in Palma

I must say dealing with Azul was one of my best decision I made when it comes to renting a car in Mallorca as I have heard a lot of bad reviews with other agencies Among others, I only found Azul the only car rental with 100% 5 star reviews and indeed it is. I was greeted by Bruna whom provided me a professional and responsive service since the the start. The car itself is clean, looks like new, and have no problems at all when driving around Mallorca. I would highly recommend other tourist to rent a car through Azul, me? I would definitely deal with Bruna and Azul again!

We must recommend Azul. By far a great rental experience. The car was immaculately clean upon delivery and we had some minor issues but they were taken care of by Azul reassuring us. Very spacious and perfect with 7 seats when travelling with three big children. No problem whatsoever to fit three suitcases in the Mercedes. Pleasant driving experience. A big thumbs up for this personal rental experience.

Perfect Rental. I booked Mercedes-Benz convertible for One day with Home delivery and Home pickup after Rental. Everything worked perfect and communication via whatsapp was spotless. We went thru the Car before Rental started and again after. They took pictures of every little scratch before Rental so that i wasnt to pay for these. Car was delivered cleaned both out and inside. Carlos and Laura was very service minded. I Will definetly rent by Them again next time im in Mallorca. I Will leave a picture from my trip in the mountains.

Highly recommended experience! 1000X better than typical car rental company in service and in product. This Jeep was fun to drive and was in fact a premium vehicle with roll back top. Plus, my rates were better than any others while booking in Mallorca. Other companies wanted to charge 2-3x for "or similar" to Wrangler and none could guarantee the actual vehicle. Raul, Bruno, and Jordan were amazing and very helpful.

We had the best experience with Azul Cars in Mallorca. We rented a mini Cooper S convertible and a GLB Mercedes for longer drives on the Island. Both vehicles were in perfect condition and so much fun to drive! I love that you get exactly what you booked here! Not just "something similar". Above all, the Service was exceptional! Amazing experience from beginning to end! Easy communication via Whatsapp, by far the fastest car rental pick up we ever experienced, they were waiting for us right outside the airport. The Jeep Rubicon in top condition, felt like I just bought a brand new car The return just as quick and easy, and they happily accommodated an earlier drop off without any issues. I don't normally leave reviews but I have to recommend Azul Cars to anyone who visits Mallorca. Thank me later!

Smooth experience, we rented a Mini Cooper S, the car was in excellent condition, the staff always answers to your questions, unlike some other companies.They also accept debit cards for the deposit and the refund was back to my balance in less than an hour after we left the car. Carlos helped us, he has done his job as a professional, very nice guy. Next time we'll also rent from them. Flawless!

Amazing car rental company, everything was well organized and they shortly contacted us by WhatsApp before landing. They were waiting for us just in front of the arrival terminal with the car, Mini Cooper cabriolet Sport Staff is very friendly and made sure everything was all right. The car had not many kilometers (around 22K), no scratches, in perfect condition and just amazing ! It was also just washed and very very clean. Everything went on very smoothly during our 5 days trip and we didn't experience any issue with the car at all. We had an exceptional time with the Mini cabrio S around the island of Mallorca. Drop off was also very fast and in front of the departure/arrival terminal. A slight improvement would be to reduce a bit the intensity of the smell that they put inside the car after cleaning it because we smelled it for like 2 days and it was quite strong... Many thanks again for this truly awesome experience, we can't recommend this company enough and will be more than happy to rent a car again with them for our next visit in Mallorca !
