My daughters and I were on vacation and wanted to rent a car for a couple days, Nakar Hotel recommended Autos Castello and they were wonderful! Fast uncomplicated rental with a great car! The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also left a personal item in the glove box and was able to retrieve it the next morning! I would highly recommend!!

So simple and easy. Reserved over the phone and then had the keys and was off after only a few minutes in their office. We hired a Kia Picanto for a day trip along the west coast of Mallorca for EUR69 which was an excellent deal considering the freedom it gave us to explore the island. The attitude of the guys at Autos Castello is excellent. They helped us plan a route and when we returned the car, they simply asked that everything was ok and took the keys. Very trusting and genuine, will definitely recommend them to others visiting Palma.

Very good service. Prices more than ok. We stayed in the hotel Nakar and needed a car for just one day. We walked by and got a reservation with 2 minutes (web reservation did not work for which reason ever). The next day we received within 5 minutes for the admin work a perfectly cleaned car got on our way. The guy at the counter was very friendly and help us with route information as well. The place is well recommended and we will come back for sure if we are in Palma again.

We went to them the following morning after arriving in Palma, without having booked or anything. He was the only one who reading from the reviews didnt seem to ask for a deposit. Luckily there was one Fiat Panda available (perfect as we were looking for a small one). We rented it without any problems and quickly. 152.50 for 3 days, as per their website. It allowed us to independently wander around the coves without problems and explore the island Highly recommended

Good price, speed in processing the contract and delivering the vehicle, possible return in parking outside office hours... In short, all facilities and no surprises. They were also very friendly.
