Everything went great. We rented the car very spontaneously and payed 55EUR for the day. The car was a bit old and rusty and you have to make sure to get a picture of every flaw before leaving but we didn't have anny issues afterwards. Security deposit was 200EUR which we got back right away. I'd come back here again next time

We were a little insecure when reading some of the reviews, but everything was good, the car was there in the morning, it was gas in it (for once!) and the Fiat panda we got was a nice car and also a hybrid! The staff was nice! Would rent there again!

Better to go some big companies like sixt. Falco rent a car is very expensive. Air conditioning in a car was working really bad. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I rented a car very last minute and was given a beautiful new hybrid fiat 500 convertible. I was staying about a mile away and walked to a couple of car rentals that morning and everything was sold out. I used the car for few days and returned it. Got all my deposit back and asked if they could drive me back to my air-bnb and they did this with great warmth. I would recommend this company as the car was in great shape and the service was honest.

Bad service. First of all, it offers expensive and used cars. Said no others. After the trip, if you say that the car was terrible, then they offer another price sheet, with better cars and cheaper. Bad experience. I dont recommend it.

Horrible experience, the gypsy man or the stalking workshop man wanted to charge outside of the invoice in cash for a damage that occurred prior to the rental. It is very shady, all strange care here with the contracts, luckily we had videos of the vehicle with details .

I am surprised by the good comments. The cars are quite old compared to other rental cars but the worst of all is the ethnic man who shamelessly offers extra services and shows you a lighter with an image of Bob Marley. and he tells you that if you want his number he will help you with many other things and he can get you a reduction on the rental price. all very professional yes yes. I dont want to imagine having a problem there.

There were no other vehicles available in the place so it was the only option. The price is average and the vehicles are not very powerful and basic equipped. But you can also pay more and in advance for a better one from another company, so you decide what you want. You are already warned. But what made the experience unpleasant is Mr. Antonio (the owner with a dark-colored BMW) offering extras that we had never seen in a vehicle rental. He approached us while we were parking the vehicle to offer strange deals and he made us distrustful and it was really uncomfortable.

Pero tambien puedes pagar mas y con antelacion por otro mejor en otra compania, por lo que tu decides lo que quieres. Ya estas avisado. Pero lo que hizo desagradable experiencia es senor Antonio (el propietario con un bmw color oscuro) ofreciendo extras que nunca habiamos visto en un rent de vehiculos. Nos abordo mientras estacionabamos el vehiculo para ofrecer tratos extranos y nos hizo desconfiar y fue realmente incomodo

We were a bit skeptical, but we asked a lot of questions, took pictures and video of the car and the petrol tank. Rented a Fiat 500 cabriole that had covered about 110,000 km for two days. Worked so well! Easy to drive and cute! We have ONLY experienced great customer service and Laura at the counter is very nice and helpful with everything you have questions about. We got back the deposit of 300 with immediate and full confidence in us as customers. If you treat the rental car as you would your own car at home, you will have no problems. Common knowledge! Not necessarily a welcoming person, but with a certain bad faith! We rented a car, no inventory was made at the start, the gentleman told us that there was 3/4 full fuel, ok. FORTUNATELY my partner is a mechanic and also rents vehicles, he had the instinct to take photos beforehand, of the condition of the vehicle AND of the tank! He took before and after photos. We returned the vehicle after one day of rental with the same quantity of fuel! In the evening our hotel told us that the man had come to tell them that we returned the vehicle with less fuel we looked like THIEVES to the hotel, great. So I do, of course, absolutely not recommend!!!!

Le soir notre hotel nous a dit que le monsieur etait venu leur dire que nous avons rendu le vehicule avec moins de carburant nous sommes passes pour des VOLEURS aupres de l hotel, super.
