Hired from Masca Motor service whist away in my motor at during at El Delfin Verde. The car was delivered to the site and collected with no trouble. The white diesel Fiesta was clean and serviceable for a short term hire car (55mpg) Christina was fantastic and kept me informed all the way through. The car was carrying some hire damage but this was all reported at collection and no trouble at off hire.

We have recently returned from a holiday to Calella de Palafrugell and had Simon as our driver. We requested him on our return to Girona as we appreciated and enjoyed the service he provided very much. We rented a car for three days. From the beginning we were really impressed by the friendly and efficient service we received. We were picked up from nearby Tamariu and returned there at the end of the rental. The car was very well prepared and beautifully clean. We dealt mainly with Anna who was charming and extremely helpful throughout the whole process, so a big thank you to her. Other members of the team including the drivers were also very kind and efficient. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in highly recommending the company.

20 EUR for a 5-minute trip. Don't, for any reason, take a taxi from Begur to Sa Riera, Sa Tuna or Aiguablava during the summer. From mid June to mid September here are 1 EUR busses to and from every hour or so and any taxi company will charge you around 20 EUR or more to take your there. It's a complete rip-off. Even hotel workers will tell you this, sadly only once it's too late.

A shame of service. We booked a round trip taxi through San Juan. Initially, we only wanted the return trip, but they told us that due to the volume of work that night, the only way to confirm the return reservation was to also book the return trip. So we booked a round trip. We spent almost an hour waiting on the street and in the end we had to look for another taxi because they didnt show up. It is a shame. To make matters worse, when I wrote to them this morning to complain, they didnt even respond to me. Now I regret not having read the reviews before hiring the service, as it seems to be a common occurrence. I do not recommend this company at all.

We booked a return taxi from Calella de Palafrugell to Mas Sorrer on the night of Sant Joan. We have a closed rate of 130. The taxi arrived 20 minutes late on the way and, on the way back, no one called us and all the taxi drivers who came said that no one accepted reservations. After 2 hours waiting for taxis, we were able to take one which, it turns out, being an extra service instead of costing us the agreed 130 we paid 170. Of course, no one picks up the phone.
