Muy diligentes en tramitar una reserva en plena temporada alta. La recogida y devolucion la gestionas a traves de la app de forma semiautomatica, muy comodo y sin esperas.
Very diligent in processing a reservation in the middle of high season. You manage the collection and return through the app semi-automatically, very convenient and without waiting.
Todo de lujo en todos los sentidos y empresa muy recomendable para alquilar coche. Solo tengo una queja y es sobre el tema combustible. La app me indica que al iniciar el alquiler el deposito esta al 90% y cuando lo devuelvo al 88% y me cobran 3'51EUR,cuando eso es imposible. Lleno deposito al 100% en una estacion Repsol (ES Robledo I) que esta a 35km ,no puede ser que consuma un 12% de deposito. Deposito 41lts -12% = 4'92 lts en 35kms? Cuando eso es practicamente el consumo oficial a los 100kms? (5'3 lts/100) En resumidas cuentas dejo el vehiculo con mas lts que cuando lo recojo y me cobran suplemento. Por lo demas como dije todo perfecto
Everything is luxury in every sense and a highly recommended company to rent a car. I only have one complaint and it is about the fuel issue. The app tells me that when I start the rental the deposit is at 90% and when I return it it is at 88% and they charge me EUR3.51, when that is impossible. I have a 100% full tank at a Repsol station (ES Robledo I) which is 35km away, it cannot be that it consumes 12% of the tank. Tank 41 liters -12% = 4.92 liters in 35 kms? When is that practically the official consumption at 100kms? (5.3 liters/100) In short, I leave the vehicle with more liters than when I pick it up and they charge me extra. Otherwise, as I said, everything was perfect.
Recomendable al 100%. Antes de realizar el alquiler me he puesto en contacto telefonico con algunas dudas... La atencion telefonica ha sido 5 estrellas. La app funciona muy bien, el coche que he alquilado era nuevo. Totalmente recomendable.

Espectacular el funcionamiento, llegue al aeropuerto de Asturias, me registre por la aplicacion. Y listo! Pude recoger el vehiculo sin esperas. Todo ok! El sistema de alquiler mas sencillo que probe!

Recomendable 100% Alquilamos en 2 ocasiones y repetiremos sin duda ,un lujo la variedad de modelos actuales con todo tipo de lujos y extras y lo mejor el precio competitivo. Es una suerte tener en Asturias una empresa que brinde tanta comodidad a traves de una App facil de manejar.
