The only good things I can say are: I had the car I booked and it was new. Even if you choose the most expensive tariff, there is a deposit, and you will know this sum only on the place. The parking is extremely uncomfortable to drive, very narrow. Please take a photo of a car, they will not miss the chance to put any damage that already on the car on you. After you scan the parking ticket you have 15 min to pick up the car, so my suggestion is check the car first, and then do it, to avoid the rush.

Had such a great experience here thanks to the rental agent Javier. I had originally made a reservation at another company who cancelled my reservation. Unfortunately the cancellation email went to spam and my friend and I were in a bind as we needed a car quickly with an automatic transmission. Javier was so kind and helpful, and managed to get us taken care of- he was extremely patient with my not so stellar Spanish as well. We were so grateful for his assistance and kindness and don't know what we would have done without his help. The car was very clean and reliable, and we were able to easily get on with our vacation plans. Really wonderful experience and would recommend them!

It is the first time that I have rented a car and I made the reservation, I confess that I was somewhat nervous and distrustful, at the HelloRentacar office in Oviedo. Fortunately, my experience could not have been better. Initially I rented a Polo Advance (reservation number 39463) for four days and, upon noticing a couple of details that made me insecure, I told the guy I signed the contract with by phone, named Javier, and he immediately took great care of me. Kindly, he took down my details and offered me to come to the office to check the car with the companys technician. It was a terrible rainy day and, even so, Javier received me at the most favorable time for me, he notified the maintenance technician to check the car I was using and they both checked the car I was using. It turned out that everything was correct and, from then on, I enjoyed the car with complete peace of mind. The next day, Javier called me first thing in the morning to inquire about the condition of the car, how I was feeling when using it and to offer me another model that would allow me to feel more comfortable, all without any surcharge and giving me all the facilities to make the change without affecting to my work schedule. The experience was so good that I decided to extend the initial rental contract for four more days, with a simple phone call to the office and, as always, with all possible facilities. Very happy with the experience and I plan to repeat when I need to rent another vehicle again. I take advantage of the review to thank Javier and the maintenance technician for their kindness and professionalism, it is a pleasure to deal with professionals like that.

Resulto que todo estaba correcto y, a partir de ahi, disfrute del coche con total tranquilidad. Al dia siguiente, Javier me llamo a primera hora para interesarse por el estado del coche, como me encontraba al utilizarlo y ofrecerme otro modelo que me permitiera sentirme mas comoda, todo ello sin ningun recargo y dandome todas las facilidades para hacer el cambio sin afectar a mi horario laboral. La experiencia me resulto tan buena, que decidi prolongar el contrato inicial de alquiler por cuatro dias mas, con una simple llamada telefonica a la oficina y, como siempre, con todas las facilidades posibles. Muy contenta con la experiencia y pienso repetir cuando vuelva a necesitar alquilar otro vehiculo. Aprovecho la resena para agradecer a Javier y al tecnico de mantenimiento su amabilidad y profesionalidad, da gusto tratar con profesionales asi.
