I have been a satisfied customer since 2019. I rented cars at least once a month for the past 4 years, sometimes for just a day, other times for a weekend. Never had a problem. The reps knew me by name and always had a great car available for me. I recently moved to a new town in the same state. Within a week, I wanted to get a new driver's license. I reserved online with my discount 2 days in advance and arrived at Enterprise at my appointed time, gave my driver's license and was told that their third party company could not verify my identity. Therefore, I could not rent a car unless I provided a paid utility bill with my name on it and another piece of id, like a piece of mail that had been delivered to me. Wait a minute. I've only been here1 week. How the hell do I have a utility bill? But, I do have my closing statement for the purchase of my house with my name and new address. Unacceptable. But, I've been renting from Enterprise exclusively for four years. They could not look at records from another part of the State. It may be corporate policy, but, it sucks.

I have always had a fabulous experience with this company. The Oviedo Florida branch was wonderful as always. The young lady that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name. It is not on my rental agreement. But she likes Disney as we had a nice conversation of my love of the company too. She is a wonderful representative for your company. I will definitely be back. And at MCO they were fast , professional and so nice. I have rented throughout the years with all car companies but this is by far the best for me.

I reserved a car this passed weekend and when I went to pick up the car; the employee told me that my car was given to another customer. I asked him how so; he said because I didn't come at the time my reservation was set for. On other previous reservations from this company; If I reserved a car; and confirmed the reservation with an associate; I am told that it's okay if I pick the car up earlier or later than my actual reserved time. I even told him that one of his fellow employees called me the day before and confirmed the reservation with me; and if they still wasn't sure on whether I was still gonna pick up my "confirmed/reserved vehicle," they could've called again or emailed me if they still wasn't sure; that would've been great customer service than telling me "oh, yea your car was given to someone else because it wasn't picked up at the "reserved time." Then he had the audacity to tell me he could give me a minivan; or Ford Explorer but it would be an extra charge; and then he tried to offer me a convertible (which also was more money); like it would make the situation any better. How dare you; give away my "reserved" vehicle and then look me in my face and tell me for an EXTRA CHARGE, we can give you a Ford Explorer; because they didn't have anymore cars in the same size like what I reserved?!? I've rented cars from this company before and this is the worse experience I've had; no remorse was given; I felt like the employee didn't care; or even tried to rectify the situation in a friendly manner. He had a 'it is what it is' type attitude. What type of customer service is this?!? And to think; this is the company I rent cars from whenever and wherever I travel too and from; distasteful. **Update- No one ever calls you from customer service. They email you, then tell you someone will reach out to you. But they never do; and it's been about 4 months now.

Victor, William and the whole team at this location are AWESOME. My truck was in an accident and I had to deal with my insurance company paying for a small rental car. Victor was extremely helpful in getting me in a car right away. I only had 30 days of rental car coverage so to extend it I returned the car for a few days when I was off work - grabbing another car was smooth and I appreciate it so much. It has been a pleasure renting from this location.

Good service overall, reason for four stars is because the car requested was not available. I received a call Friday afternoon to confirm my appointment and vehicle requirement. However, when I got there on Monday the car was not available. From there, a very nice rep took me to a location about 30 minutes away where I was able to rent the vehicle class I need it. I lost valuable time on a busy Monday morning.

Rented a luxury level vehicle for a weekend trip. Enterprise provided me with a nice BMW convertible. I was very happy with the rental (unfortunately the weather wasn't ideal for a convertible); it was great on gas and fun to drive. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only knock is the rental was a bit dirty when I picked it up, but they did offer to clean it for me...I just didn't have time to wait. Overall, great experience.

My recent experience with Enterprise was great as usual. The car I rented, a 2018 Mazda CX-5, was very pleasant and comfortable to drive. It had many features my own car lacks so it was also very fun to experience. When I went to extend my rental time I was helped by their friendly staff and everything went very well. My overall experience was great and I plan on renting another vehicle through them again in the near future. I highly recommend using their services at this branch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Edit: Just a short addition. I still remember the excellent service I received at Enterprise and even though I don't need a rental call anymore, I do miss the staff at that location. They always made me feel like they had my back. If you need a rental car, go there, they will take good care of you.

I have rented 4 times now from this location. Christie, Mike, and the staff are great. I call sometimes 24 hours before I need my rental, and they always seem to make it happen, without crushing my wallet. The cars are always clean, basically new, and without problems. I will continue to use there service. One thing to know prior to arriving, is the parking is tight (but this is so they always have plenty of vehicles so you won't be turned away!) I always either take an Uber there, or have a friend drop me off. I think they even offer to pick you up in the rental if you need it!

I have always rented vehicles from this location and never had an issue. Our family go there everytime we need a vehicle rented, when my family and friends come to visit and they need a vehicle, we recommend that location. We even purchased a vehicle from the sales store on Colonial for our daughter. We were thinking of selling out vehicle and purchasing one from that same enterprise sales store. That is how much we trusted Enterprise. Until we rented a vehicle because a driver rear ended my husbands vehicle. His insurance covered most the cost of our rental except for three days which we are currently disputing. We returned the vehicle on Jan 29th which was more than a month. All the while we did not know we were incurring costs as well for a rental which resulted from an accident that we did not cause. I was paying my bills as normal and then when i accessed my husbands credit card accounts to make the normal payment, i saw that we were charge 998.00 from Enterprise. I was shocked and irrate. I asked my husband how could that be. He said the insurance company may not have paid the entire bill. We called Enterprise the next day and learned that we were being charged 27.00 per day for insurance waiver. Who the hello accepts that charge for a rental? I know we never did. My husband said the guy who helped him told him that he was going to be charged a one time fee of 80 dollars. Knowing my husband for 28 years, i believed him that he would never accept that waiver knowing that he should be charged 27 per day. Which repair shop repairs a vehicle in three days through the insurance company. He told my husband for three days you can pay 80 dollars one time fee and not have to worry. He did not tell my husband after the three days he would incur cost. My husband looked him dead in the eyes and asked for confirmation three times. The last time was when he was signing the paperwork, he asked the guy one time fee of eighty dollars right, no more than that, do i need to read the fine print? The guy said no you do not need to read the fine print, it will be 80 dollars. I called the corporate office to escalate this, i called the manager who only had the rep call us back and never came back to the phone or called us the next day like we asked. Corporate has not reached out although i called 4 times already. There is no end to this ordeal caused by an accident that occurred on 12/16/2021. First it was the guys insurance company who ultimately stuck us with the cost for the rental for three days (our lawyer will handle that) and now it is Enterprise who stole almost 1000 USD from us during COVID like we have Jay-Z and Beyonce mponey. We can barely keep our heads above water right now and Enterprise does that to us? This is unfair and i hope people be careful with Enterprise. I will never go back to them again.

*UPDATE* I wrote to the email from the response to this review And NO RESPONSE !!! Beware this enterprise Gone to SOO many enterprises and never had issues I got a vehicle that already smelled like a smokers car The ac was horrid and u can tell they covered it up w a scent spray but the ac smell let us know it was a smokers car immediately When i go back to drop it off The manager inspected the car and even tho i was standing right there He chose not to speak to me in person and tell me he thinks we smoked in the vehicle So i got charged $250 extra for a vehicle I received that already smelled like it was smoked in. To make matters worse they decide to call me to tell me about after i left. Super unprofessional and scam artists Ive never had this happen to me in any other location

They told me I had to have a national credit card to get a car, they left me on hold for 15 minutes, and they couldnt find a way to hold my car while I used theirs. The absolute failure to take a customers money and provide a service is astounding. Enterprise wasnt enterprising at all.

Few rented cars were amazing an I had decent experience but, my recent car rental were pathetic I tool a luxury car but the car was lacking power steering liquid due to the steering the car was very difficult. I had $180 for a single day and that kinda car was not maintained properly. I was very disappointed by this for enterprise Also, the rental car rate have touch sky high for last month and its becoming seemly impossible to rent car.

I usually travel a lot for work by car and rent cars for day trips as needed. Since COVID started, I started renting from this location since it was closer to my home. So far, every time I rent a car from here they do not have the type of car that I reserved. Thats usually not a huge deal. However, my last trip was the worst. They did not have the type of car I reserved so I took a minivan. Upon the pre-inspection walk-through, the vehicle was backed into some trees so when walking around the vehicle we had to scurry around the back and could not get a great look. When I returned the vehicle 24 hours after my trip, they claim the tail light was damaged and it happened during my trip. I argue it was not, but even in the event that it did happen on my watch I would have felt better knowing that my pre-inspection was done with as much care and concern as my post inspection. The pre-inspections are quick and thoughtless. Not to mention, I travel regularly for work and have been doing my job for 13 years and this is the first claim I have ever received from any rental company. And this was only my 3rd rental at this location. It is unfortunate but I will have to take my business elsewhere.
