Cannot say enough about how great the service was. The supervisor was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I like them so much I am going to rent from them again this weekend. Another plus is their location is a little out of town and there is less traffic congestion to deal with.

Refused to rent us a car we had paid in advance for. Promised a refund then ghosted us for weeks afterwards when we tried to claim it. Had to resort to chargeback via credit card. Awful behaviour from Enterprise. Avoid.

Oviedo 30 Apr 2023. Dropped off the car on a Sunday after an enjoyable experience. Nice and committed staff met our expectations and service was delivered with high quality. Since we are just dropping the keys we attach photos of the car with Zero damages, exactly as I collected. We trust there won't be any problems but will come back with updates after we get back the warranty blocked on credit card. Thanks Enterprise!

We rented a car in Oviedo in September for 6 days. We got a well-kept Fiat 500 hybrid with a very low mileage. The service was friendly and nice with basic English. There is a large car park on site and a gas station next to it. Renting a car via the website is very simple, in addition, a low deposit is charged compared to other rental companies. Return without problems. The downside is the relatively high price and the location far from the bus or train station. I recommend this company for car rental to all visitors to Asturias.

I don't recommend this car rental office. Please stay away!!! Customer service was really lacking. They didn't inspect the car properly, and when I dropped the car at a different location they charged me for car damages I had nothing to do with. Outrageous! I am currently disputing the charges and filing a complaint. No one called me to inform me of what was going on. I just got an exorbitant bill for over 1,000 euros via email for a one-day rental. Just like that! Be aware, folks!

We rented a car at this agency and after two hours it broke down. They sent a tow truck the next day and since it was Saturday they didnt send us another car. They left us without a car all weekend and at the time of return they denied it to us. Its very bad that they do these things. I will never rent a car from this company again.

Zero recommendable company: you make a telephone reservation with a price and conditions and when the driver, who did not make the reservation, goes to pick up the vehicle, they make a new contract with a price almost double with other conditions, without explaining them and requiring the card for payment with very little tact towards the customer. The driver made the payment thinking it was the previous reservation and when signing, the company claims that he accepted the new contract. Empresa cero recomendable: haces reserva telefonica con un precio y condiciones y cuando va a recoger el vehiculo el conductor, que no hizo la reserva, le hacen un nuevo contrato con un precio de casi el doble con otras condiciones, sin explicarlas y exigiendo la tarjeta para el pago con muy poco tacto hacia el cliente. El conductor hizo el pago pensando que era la reserva previa y al firmar, la empresa se escusa en que acepto el nuevo contrato. Ojito a la hora de reservar, recoger vehiculo y hacer el pago, que no os estafen ni enganen

For me it has been 5 stars. The Venezuelan guy in the office (I dont remember his name) was very friendly and attentive. Even when I picked up the van it took me 1 hour to pick it up because it was not available and he apologized to me all the time and told me not to worry about the kms because if I go by a few miles he doesnt take it into account because of the wait. Fatal service at the Asturias airport office. I give it one star because there is no option not to give it one. 1 hour waiting for the car because they were cleaning and checking it and they gave it to us dirty and after five days of rental we realized that it was missing coolant. Bad service from the employees and on top of that we asked for a manual car and they gave us an automatic one because supposedly the car model we rented can only be automatic, although when renting it gives you the option of manual. In short, everything is disastrous, I do not recommend it and I do not think I will rent with them again.

This company is a SCAM. We reserve a vehicle and the day before they call us by phone to tell us that they do not have vehicles available. But it doesnt stop there. They tell us that they cannot cancel us, that it must be Booking who does it, we spoke with Booking, and as is obvious, they tell us that they must be the ones to cancel us since it is due to their mistake. Finally we are forced to cancel ourselves, bearing the cost of cancellation and ruining our vacation. I have already filed a claim and they deny all the facts.

Terrible service and treatment. We had a car reserved and already paid for to take a trip. When we went to get it, they told us that they didnt have any at that time.
