Despues de ver algunas resenas negativas hacia la chica Sandra de Enterprise Ourense que me han sorprendido bastante, he de decir que el trato hacia a mi ha sido correcto en todo momento. Todas mis dudas e inquietudes fueron respondidas con claridad y transparencia sin alteraciones en su comportamiento, con una educacion, respeto y seriedad en el trato. Su simpatia y su bonita sonrisa me ha cautivado y me ha llevado a pensar que todos/as en esta vida podemos tener malos momentos (me incluyo) pero la cordialidad, empatia, simpatia del personal de primera mano que me atendio desde el minuto 1 por parte de Sandra y Julian; han sido correctos y educados. Por mi parte no me quejo de nada, mas bien todo lo contrario; estoy encantado con el personal y sus servicios. No quita que mas adelante pueda tener problemas y que mi experiencia sea nefasta cuando suceda pero de primeras no me ha sucedido. Mi compania aseguradora me facilito por 10 dias un vehiculo de sustitucion como recoge mi poliza mientras el mio era reparado en el taller-chapista. Me acoji al prepago de combustible pagandolo de mi bolsillo para despreocuparme despues si lo entregaba lleno o no, la verdad es que la cantidad es ridicula y te puede aliviar cierta preocupacion de tener que repostar para entregarlo lleno. El vehiculo facilitado, un VW T-Cross Advance de gasolina gris plata precioso, completamente nuevo con 5.300 kms recorridos. A mis manos de este espectacular coche ha sido maravilloso. Es un gran coche como dijo Julian, impecable, me ha gustado, sin rayones en la chapa, limpio y aspirado, huele a nuevo, los asistentes a la conduccion ayudan bastante sobre todo los que lidiamos en la carretera constantemente por motivos laborales. La verdad no me puedo quejar, ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, tan maravillosa que he vuelto a alquilar el mismo coche por unos dias mas hasta que el mio sea reparado. Esta vez pagandolo de mi bolsillo pero contento y feliz de ponerme a los mandos de nuevo del pequeno T-Cross. Como ya tengo cuenta de cliente, alquilar se hace mucho mas facil y llevadero ante situaciones imprevistas.

Una mala experiencia en lo que de refiere al pre-pago del combustible. No me han reembolsado el dinero de ese pago. La condicion para que lo hicieran era devolver el coche con la misma cantidad de combustible pero no, no lo han hecho despues de haberlo reclamado por su canal de e-mail de atencion al cliente y via telefonica.

ESTAFADORES, te intentan vender seguro para posibles "rayones", le digo q no me interesa ya que voy a hacer un viaje solamente por autovia y ya tengo un seguro que me cubre lo que a mi me interesa. Entrego el coche en perfecto estado tal y como me lo habian dado en una oficina que esta cerrada. Al dia siguiente recibo un correo de unos supuestos danos que tiene el coche, me presento en el lugar, exijo ver el coche, me lo ensenan a reganadientes , los danos NO SE VEN, y la chica que me atiende (por cierto de muy malas maneras) intenta agachandose y mirando de perfil decirme q tiene un "bollo" interno, vamos que aunque lo tenga es algo imposible de detectar cuando alquilas un coche, me quitan la fianza y casualmente se pasa de las medidas del seguro que me intentaron vender. Verguenza os tenia que dar ofrecer este tipo de servicio. Llevo dos dias llamando a la oficina donde lo he recogido y NADIE me contesta el telefono. Por supuesto hoja de reclamaciones presentada en consumo, presencia de una patrulla de policia local en el lugar para comprobacion de danos en el vehiculo y acto seguido correspondiente denuncia en policia nacional hasta que os cierren el chiringuito que teneis montado ofreciendo un servicio PESIMO.

Jose en la oficina de la estacion de Ourence fue muy amable y profesional.Su colega Sandra, por otro lado, CERO profesional y muy irrespetuosa y mal humorada sin motivo alguno . Alquilamos especificamente un auto de caja automatica, y Jose nos comento que no tenia autos pequenos con caja automatica disponibles, sino que solo le quedaban en autos mas grandes. Nosotros preguntamos si por favor nos daban uno automatico ya que es lo que especificamente habiamos pedido en la reserva.Queriamos saber si habia costo extra si llevabamos el coche mas grande. Ni bien terminamos la pregunta, Sandra interrumpio y alzando la voz nos respondio de muy mala forma (cuando en realidad ni siquiera estabamos conversando con ella y Jose nos estaba atendiendo). Le pedimos que no era necesario hablar de esa manera y que por favor mantengamos el respeto. No le importo, y aun asi siguio gritandonos y luego ordeno a Jose que nos cancele la reserva (que ya estaba completamente pagada).Ella incluso maltrato a Jose ... de nuevo, sin motivo. Una verguenza que en la oficina no solo hayan representantes que faltan al respeto a clientes, sino tambien a sus colegas. La unica razon que les doy 4 estrellas es por el profesionalismo de Jose en esa circunstancia y por su buen servicio al cliente. De otra manera, les daria CERO estrellas por el mal momento que pasamos por la falta de respeto y profesionalismo de Sandra.

Un servicio bochornoso que ha arruinado un viaje por Galicia planeado con mucho tiempo e ilusion. Le pongo una estrella porque no se pueden poner 0. Aprovechando que se puede llegar desde Valencia a Ourense en AVE comodamente y en solo cinco horas, reservamos dos Opel Insignia (vehiculos de segmento D) en enero para evitar problemas de disponibilidad en agosto, asi que elegimos esta empresa, ubicada en la misma estacion. Para nuestra sorpresa nos entregaron un Hyundai Tucson (segmento C) y una Seat Alhambra (segmento D) con mas de 160.000 Km, mas de 3 anos de antiguedad y sin posibilidad de cambio sin pagar un recargo (lo que es una encerrona en toda regla, porque si no lo aceptas te quedas sin vacaciones cuando ya habiamos formalizado y abonado 7 meses antes la reserva), asi que no entendemos porque ofertan vehiculos que luego no existen y encima tienen la cara dura de entregar SUVs de menor categoria, porque son "premium", (si un Hyundai Tucson se puede considerar "premium" y es de categoria C cuando reservamos dos turismos de categoria D). Los dos vehiculos estaban llenos de manchas, aranazos y un estado de mantenimiento lamentable (adjunto fotos). La Seat Alhambra obviamente se averio al segundo dia de alquiler (perdiendo un dia completo de vacaciones). El vehiculo nos lo sustituyeron en Lugo (sin nadie de Enterprise presente) por un minusculo Toyota Aygo (de categoria A) que complico bastante el que pudieramos viajar como habiamos previsto. El Hyundai estaba en tan mal estado que pese a tener 6 velocidades, no podiamos pasar a la cuarta velocidad porque el coche se ahogaba (no reclamamos para evitar otra sustitucion a peor). Si llegamos a saber esto antes habriamos reservado dos vehiculos de menor categoria (los de segmento C, que costaban un 50% menos) y nos habriamos evitado desembolsar mil euros en enero por esa porqueria de vehiculos que no tenian nada que ver con lo ofertado. Nada recomendable por mi parte y logicamente he puesto una hoja de reclamaciones y pienso reclamar compensaciones por el nefasto servicio prestado. Galicia. preciosa, pero con empresas como esta se te quitan las ganas de volver.
