Nos reservaron la furgoneta sin problemas y como teniamos que llevarla un sabado, nos propusieron llevarla el viernes a ultima hora y devolverla el lunes de manana; todo sin coste adicional. carlos fue muy eficaz y muy amable durante todo el proceso desde que contactamos con ellos hasta que devolvimos la furgoneta. Un servicio que recomiendo 100%
They reserved the van for us without problems and since we had to take it on a Saturday, they offered us to take it on Friday at the last minute and return it on Monday morning; all at no additional cost. Carlos was very efficient and very friendly throughout the entire process from the moment we contacted them until we returned the van. A service that I recommend 100%
