J'ai loue une voiture pour 1 jour dans cet etablissement pour faire le trajet Ourense-Saint-Jacques. L'employee a mal fait son travail de controle du vehicule avant de me le donner et je me suis retrouve a payer pour 400 euros de degats a la restitution du vehicule a l'aeroport. J'ai appele la compagnie ainsi que la filiale d'ourense pour contester ca mais rien n'a change. Vous avez perdu un client de longue date et j'invite les gens a ne plus louer chez eux non plus !
I rented a car for 1 day at this establishment to travel from Ourense to Santiago. The employee did a poor job of checking the vehicle before giving it to me and I found myself paying 400 euros in damage when returning the vehicle to the airport. I called the company as well as the Ourense subsidiary to dispute this but nothing has changed. You have lost a long-time customer and I invite people not to rent from them anymore either!
El seguro nos puso un coche de alquiler de aqui, habiendo pedido un coche espacioso, porque ibamos 4 personas con su respectiva maleta cada uno. Llegamos a Ourense y nos dieron un dacia Sandero del cual solo me entran dos maletas en el maletero. Fatal. Y la mujer de la oficina mas borde no puede ser... Nunca nos habia pasado esto, y tenia un par de dudas, pregunte a la mujer por si me las podia resolver y en vez de contestar agradable ya que estas de cara al publico, lo unico que hacia era resoplar, no me resolvio ninguna duda, y aun encima me trataba de poco inteligente al preguntarme que si sabia conducir un coche automatico, y yo le dije que si, ya que tengo experiencia de sobra conduciendo coches al tener mas de 8 anos de carnet y trabajando en un taller en el cual todo y pruebo todo tipo de coches, dejandome caer, que un coche automatico no es como una moto scooter, no se a que venia ese comentario, pero la verdad que muy decepcionado con el trato que recibi, no le puedo poner 0 estrellas si no se las ponia.

Trato espectacular siempre por parte de Andres, tanto por telefono como en persona siempre atento. A pesar de que la gestion por parte de Avis de las facturas es horrible siempre ayuda en la resolucion. Recomendable.

La experiencia mas mala que he tenido para la reserva de un coche, hoy debia de recoger mi coche a la 13:00 pm para tenerlo (sabado, domingo y lunes) he llamado al Help Centre 14 minutos antes 12:46pm para informar que me retrasaba unos 20 minutos para la recogida del coche. Luego me dan el telefono del proveedor, lo llamo a la 13:00pm y nunca me contesta. El Help Centre estuvo llamando al proveedor y escribiendo correo para que me esperaran y nunca contestaron. Ahora segun el Help Centre no recibo ni reembolso de mi dinero ni tampoco servicio del coche. No le recomiendo este servicio a nadie, es una pena que vivamos en un pais con ciertas libertades y no tengamos seguridad del servicio que pagamos ni de nuestro dinero.
The worst experience I have had for reserving a car, today I had to pick up my car at 1:00 pm to have it (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) I called the Help Center 14 minutes before 12:46 pm to inform them that I It was about 20 minutes late to pick up the car. Habia reservado un SUV para un viaje el lunes, llegue el viernes para recogerlo y no tenian, me dieron un Golf automatico excusandose de que por ser automatico es de mayor categoria, como os explico yo que si cojo un SUV es por el tamano, a mi como si es el coche de los Picapiedra, necesitaba algo mas grande, pondre una reclamacion al volver del viaje, espero una devolucion parcial de mi dinero ya que me dieron un coche mas pequeno.
