Angelo and his lovely wife were such a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate our travels, even dropping off the rental car for us as we entered the Puglia region by bus, and also allowing us to return it to them at an airport in a different city. Their flexibility, professionalism, kindness, and reliability were greatly appreciated by my family. The car was just what we needed (clean, reliable and exactly as advertised). I called this rental agency the same day I arrived in Ostuni, they were very efficient and responded immediately to my expectations. The vehicle was delivered to me at Ostuni station. Correct vehicle especially for the price which is much cheaper than the rental agencies in Bari. I recommend without problems.

Unfortunately this morning I had to collect a car booked two months ago, my request was very precise, a Panda (for various reasons). I contacted Mr. Angelo who kindly stopped me one, encouraged by his positive reviews. The day before collecting it I ask for confirmation for the Panda and for the point where I can collect it. This morning the wife makes us sign all the documents, we get to the car and surprise its not the requested Panda. I was very upset because I confirmed it with a 100 deposit in July and my wife told me that the car had been taken by foreigners who were staying here for 10 days and who had booked the car in February. At that point Mr. Angelo was called and told me that the car had a problem and had been taken for an inspection so it could not be available. I didnt like the two contrasting versions and on principle I rejected the car that was offered to me at the same price. Im very sorry because I thought I would find a little more correctness from the reviews, it was enough to say it the day before. The only positive note, I was given my entire payment back, but I repeat, fairness should come first.

Il giorno prima di ritirarla chiedo conferma per la Panda e per il punto dove poterla ritirare. Questa mattina la moglie ci fa firmare tutti i documenti, arriviamo alla macchina e sorpresa non e la Panda richiesta. Sono rimasta molto male perche lho confermata con 100 di acconto a luglio e mi viene detto dalla moglie che lauto era stata presa da stranieri che stavano qui 10 giorni e che avevano prenotato a febbraio lauto. A quel punto viene chiamato il Sig. Angelo che mi riferisce che lauto aveva un problema ed era stata portata ad un controllo quindi non poteva essere disponibile. Le due versioni contrastanti non mi sono piaciute e per principio ho rifiutato lauto che mi e stata proposta alla stessa cifra. Mi dispiace molto perche credevo dalle recensioni di trovare un po piu di correttezza, bastava dirlo il giorno prima. Unica nota positiva, mi e stato ridato indietro tutto il pagamento, ma ripeto, la correttezza andrebbe al primo posto.
