Mucho ojo! Estafan. Les he alquilado un remolque, me han dejado la mitad por pagar y me lo han devuelto roto, y nadie se hace cargo ahi, no cogen el telefono ya.
Be careful! They scam. I have rented a trailer from them, they have left me half to pay and they have returned it to me broken, and no one takes charge there, they don't pick up the phone anymore.
Alquilas un coche y no se presentan, (corrijo, se presentan 1 hora tarde sin ninguna explicacion) y cuando llega el empleado de turno habla entre dientes que si somos los clientes, decimos que si y se va sin mas (el que se va al bar de enfrente es el hablando por el movil, 0 explicaciones, 0 perdon por llegar tarde o no coger el telefono). Llamas a los dos telefonos que pone en la puerta y no lo cogen. Super impresentable el trato. Vergonzosa respuesta por parte de la empresa. Como se nota que se han ganado a pulso todas sus resenas negativas, no solo "las de este grupo".
You rent a car and they don't show up, (I correct, they show up 1 hour late without any explanation) and when the employee on duty arrives, he mutters that if we are the clients, we say yes and he just leaves (the one who goes to the opposite bar is him talking on his cell phone, 0 explanations, 0 sorry for being late or not picking up the phone). You call the two phones on the door and they don't pick up. The treatment is super unpresentable. Shameful response from the company. How can you tell that they have earned all their negative reviews, not just "the ones from this group."
Despues de 1h esperando, aparece un senor random rarisimo sin apenas hablar castellano con pintas raras, sin pedir disculpas despues de la espera. Se ha puesto a mirar un coche y se ha ido sin decirnos nada . Ni se os ocurra alquilar aqui.
After 1 hour of waiting, a very strange random man appears, barely speaking Spanish, looking strange, without apologizing after the wait. He started looking at a car and left without telling us anything . Don't even think about renting here.
Prima, war sehr positiv uberrascht. Die Abwicklung war fair und klasse. Ein Freund hatte uns geholfen wegen der Verstandigung. Aber auch so lief es sehr gut. Die Rezensionen waren bestimmt schon veraltet. Kann diesen Verleih auch fur das nachste Mal wieder empfehlen. Nachste mal ist es schon wieder geplant. Vielen Dank!!!
Great, was very pleasantly surprised. The transaction was fair and great. A friend had helped us with communication. But even so, it went very well. The reviews were probably already out of date. I can recommend this rental again for the next time. Next time it's already planned again. Thank you!!!
Servicio inmejorable y trato muy cercano. Pude alquilar un coche fuera del horario tras tener un percance con el mio, Avelino no solo me dio varias alternativas que no iban en su beneficio sino que hasta me facilito la devolucion del automovil en otro sitio.
Unbeatable service and very close treatment. I was able to rent a car after hours after having an accident with mine, Avelino not only gave me several alternatives that were not in his benefit but he even made it easier for me to return the car elsewhere.
I don't think this car rental is open anymore.
