I couldn't say enough about this company. We needed a car at very short notice, and it was delivered to our door within 2 hours! A 100% transparent company with no hidden charges or hard sell insurance. Give the car back with the same amount of fuel as you got it with. Payment options at you address. Alex and his company couldn't make it any easier for you. We had to extend the hire by another 4 days, which wasn't a problem at all! Absolutely brilliant car hire company. I have hired a car twice from them and have already booked with them for next summer. Cars are spotless. Communication with all staff is excellent. Car was at my property when I arrived, paperwork all very straight forward and quick. The pick up from airport and drop back to airport was also faultless. Excellent service and value for money. This is our second time using this car hire company.Great service -drop off and pick up of the car at our location-so convenient!Very reasonable prices.The cars are modern and we've had no problems with either car.No hidden charges like the big car hire companies at Alicante Airport-we have had some bad experiences (Gold car-never again!).Do yourself a favour,get a taxi from the airport to your holiday destination and then hire a car from La Zenia-and enjoy stress free car hire.
Absolutely fantastic company. Good communication, nice cars at the right money. You pay for the car an thats it, no credit card so they can do like others an charge you for magic damage that just happened to appear after you took the car back. Will be using again. Cheers.
I have made a mistake and posted a one star review when trying to post a five star review. Thought I had to tap on all the stars!! Recently rented a car and cannot speak highly enough of the service provided. Very personable team of people with the car delivered and collected from my address with none of the worries of leaving my credit card details or a deposit. Fully insured in the great price. Also a brand new Opel Mocha which was fab.Will definitely come to this excellent company again when I need to rent a car in Spain.
Excellent service and product. Service was instant, I required a vehicle for a short time at short notice. They were fast and were able to provide me what I needed when others could not. Very clean economic car that was perfect for my family. Efficient also and didn't cost much to run. Payment straight forward and just a quick signature. After being royally ripped off by OK Mobility at Alicante Airport last year I was nervous about hiring in Spain again. La Zenia Car Rental were amazing! Fantastic service (delivered my car late in the evening when I arrived at my apartment), great communication and good rates. Highly recommended!
Such an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Great communication after my initial enquiry and Alex delivered a fantastic car shortly after. The car was in excellent, clean condition inside and out and drove like a new one. As a holiday home owner I go to Playa Flamenca 4 or 5 times a year and will look forward to booking again. A superb service and very reasonably priced. ** Update ** came again and hired a beautiful BMW coupe, same great service!
