Reserve a traves de booking con seguro incluido. Cuando llegue alli me explicaron que como no tenia tarjeta de credito sino de debito (el 95% de la poblacion) !tenia que pagar un seguro de 250EUR por 10 dias! Robo puro y simple. deshonesto.
I booked through booking with insurance included. When I got there they explained to me that since I didn't have a credit card but a debit card (95% of the population) I had to pay insurance of EUR250 for 10 days! Pure and simple theft. dishonest.
Muy grato con la experiencia, alquile un coche para pasar unos dias de vacaciones. La atencion recibida fue muy buena y el coche estaba en perfectas condiciones, sin duda volvere.

Desde la centralita reservamos una categoria de coche del que no disponian en la oficina de Denia. Tuvimos que quedarnos con uno mas pequeno de lo que necesitabamos sin previo aviso, no era similar. Queriamos un 7 plazas y nos dieron un 5+2 con la consiguiente perdida de espacio del maletero, necesario para nosotros ya que viajabamos con dos bebes. Nos compensaron devolviendo la diferencia de precio pero no nos resolvieron el problema de espacio ya que no disponian de mas vehiculos en toda la provincia. El chico de la oficina se tuvo que comer el marron, muy amable y comprensivo, pero no recomiendo para nada alquilar alli, no somos los primeros a los que deja tirados esta compania. Nos consta que a mas familias les ha pasado que desde la centralita en Madrid te venden un vehiculo sin tener en cuenta si en la localidad que lo alquilas disponen de el.
From the switchboard we reserved a category of car that was not available at the Denia office. We had to stay with a smaller one than we needed without prior notice, it was not similar. We wanted a 7-seater and they gave us a 5+2 with the consequent loss of trunk space, necessary for us since we were traveling with two babies. They compensated us by returning the difference in price but they did not solve the space problem since they did not have any more vehicles in the entire province. The guy in the office had to eat his shit, very kind and understanding, but I don't recommend renting there at all, we're not the first ones this company has left stranded. We know that it has happened to more families that from the switchboard in Madrid they sell you a vehicle without taking into account whether the town where you rent it has it.
Pesimo trato a la hora de devolver el vehiculo se quedaron la fianza porque despues de una semana tienen que lavar el coche asi va el mundo,pero si no es tuyo no te preocupes la vida ara que lo devuelvas...no te explican nada lo justo rapidito paga que nos tenemos que ir muy mala experiencia por suerte la unica en nuestras pequenas vacaciones gracias por nada
Terrible treatment when returning the vehicle, they kept the deposit because after a week they have to wash the car, that's the way the world goes, but if it's not yours, don't worry for your life to return it...they don't explain anything to you. just quickly pay that we have to leave very bad experience luckily the only one on our little vacation thanks for nothing
DENIA. Servicio pesimo. Reserve via web el vehiculo dos dias antes de su recogida (mediando un dia entero para que la oficina supiera si disponia de vehiculo segun especificaciones solicitadas, o no; y en su caso, me informaran de cualquier incidencia con la reserva). La RESERVA ESTABA CONFIRMADA POR EMAIL. Nuestra sorpresa al llegar hoy ha sido que nos han atendido, preparado la documentacion, con solicitud de nuestra documentacion, etc.; todo ello, sin informarnos de que el vehiculo no cumplia con las especificaciones extras (que incrementaban el coste en 50EUR). Al entregarnos el vehiculo, ademas de presentarlo sin una limpieza exterior (lleno de hojarasca el respiradero del parabrisas que facilmente se puede retirar con una mano); nos damos cuenta de que el vehiculo no cubria ninguna de esas especificaciones que implicaban un coste superior. Al indicarlo, la actitud del agente... "pues a ver que puedo hacer porque no se si tengo disponible". Como digo, todo ello despues de habernos atendido sin informarnos de que nos pretendia entregar un vehiculo sin los extras ya pagados. Si nos lo llegamos a llevar sin darnos cuenta... pues 50EUR que nos han cobrado de mas. Despues nos atiende otro de los dependientes, indicando que no disponian de ningun vehiculo con nuestras especificaciones, y que al no aceptar otro vehiculo (nos ofrecen en pesima actitud atendiendonos, vehiculos sin cumplir esos extras), nos iban a devolver el pago realizado y anular la retencion (llevabamos 40 minutos ya entre esperas y gestiones). Adicionalmente, nos comenta que el problema es que hemos solicitado el coche solo con un dia de antelacion (sorprendente comentario de una agencia de alquiler de vehiculos en zona turistica); y que, como no aceptamos otro vehiculo, nos devuelven el dinero (que menos!), que la Empresa no nos va a estafar. Le refiero que el problema esta en hacernos perder el tiempo (casi una hora), en habernos desplazado con una reserva pagada y confirmada, y que nos den un vehiculo sin los extras, que si no llegamos a darnos cuenta "nos la cuelan"; y que encima, en lugar de pedir disculpas desde el principio (cosa que ha hecho de mala gana al final, asi como diciendo que el primer dependiente es nuevo...permitamos la duda), nos pretenda culpabilizar por haberlo solicitado con una antelacion de entre 24 y 48 horas y no aceptar cambios en los extras. Tal es la falta de respeto en la atencion al cliente que incluso, al referirle que hemos tenido que desplazarnos dos personas para irnos sin vehiculo y tener que buscar nuevamente, su respuesta totalmente en mofa es "si quiere le acompanamos a casa". En definitiva, han perdido un cliente, ya no solo de alquiler de vehiculos, sino incluso de compra, pues mientras esperaba la entrega del vehiculo (cuando todavia pensaba que iban a cumplir la reserva y no habia visto el vehiculo que pretendian entregarnos ni tenido el contrato en mis manos) habia visto alguna compra de vehiculos interesante; que ahora evidentemente DESCARTO Y DESACONSEJO, pues deja que desear la fiabilidad de las publicidades y documentacion de esta empresa; y sobre todo, cuando supuestamente tasan y valoran los vehiculos seminuevos que venden. DESACONSEJO TOTALMENTE ESTA EMPRESA.

I reserved the vehicle via the website two days before its pick-up (taking a full day so that the office would know if I had a vehicle according to the requested specifications, or not; and if so, they would inform me of any incident with the reservation). Our surprise upon arriving today was that they attended to us, prepared the documentation, requested our documentation, etc.; all of this, without informing us that the vehicle did not meet the extra specifications (which increased the cost by EUR50). When delivering the vehicle to us, in addition to presenting it without exterior cleaning (the windshield vent is full of leaves that can easily be removed with one hand); We realize that the vehicle did not meet any of those specifications that implied a higher cost. As I say, all this after having attended to us without informing us that he intended to deliver a vehicle to us without the extras already paid. If we take it without realizing it... well, they have overcharged us for EUR50. Afterwards, another of the clerks assisted us, indicating that they did not have any vehicle with our specifications, and that by not accepting another vehicle (they offered us in a terrible attitude, serving us, vehicles without meeting those extras), they were going to return the payment made and cancel it. the retention (we had already spent 40 minutes between waiting and procedures). Such is the lack of respect in customer service that even, when I tell him that we have had to travel two people to leave without a vehicle and have to search again, his completely mocking response is "if you want, we will accompany you home." In short, they have lost a customer, not only for vehicle rentals, but even for purchases, because while waiting for the delivery of the vehicle (when I still thought they were going to honor the reservation and had not seen the vehicle they intended to deliver to us or had the contract in my hands) I had seen some interesting vehicle purchases; which I now evidently DISCARD AND DISADVISE, since the reliability of the advertising and documentation of this company leaves something to be desired; and above all, when they supposedly appraise and value the pre-owned vehicles they sell. I COMPLETELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
El dia viernes 7 de Julio nos acercamos a la oficina de Rentaplus Denia a alquilar un coche que necesitabamos por 3 dias mas exactamente hasta el 9 de Julio, en la oficina nos atendio el sr. Mariano el cual expusimos nuestro caso de que lo necesitabamos pero que el dia domingo 9 viajamos de regreso a nuestro pais que como haciamos para entregarlo, le preguntamos si podia hacerlo un familiar el cual dijo de inmediato que SI... Que sin problema reiteramos la pregunta y dijo que SI que el dia lunes lo podian entregar en la oficina de Madrid, por tal motivo cancelamos 1 dia mas para que no tuvieramos ningun inconveniente y no tuvieramos problemas con el reintegro del deposito dijo que no habia lio. Efectivamente nuestro familiar fue a entregarlo el dia 10 de Julio y al llegar le han puesto problema diciendo que el no podia entregarlo que tenia que hacerlo directamente mi esposo, pero obvio no se podia porque ya estabamos en Colombia no teniamos opcion, trataron de una manera muy descortes a mi familiar hasta que por fin lo recibieron, pero nos retuvieron el deposito y nos cobraron un coste adicional por ser otra persona quien lo entrego, habiendo dicho el sr. Mariano que no habia ningun inconveniente. Ese mismo dia tuve que llamarle a decirle que porque estaba pasando eso y se retracto de lo que me habia dicho... Dijo que nos habia dicho que cambiaramos de vuelo... Lo cual es mentira y absurdo, si esto lo hubiese dicho vamos y buscamos otra empresa de alquiler. Finalmente reembolsaron el deposito pero nos cobraron el que otra persona entregara el coche. Es algo muy mal manejado y es el colmo que mientan, que por aceptar un alquiler diciendo cosas que no cumplen luego se quieran beneficiar del cliente ... Juan Zambrano
On Friday, July 7, we went to the Rentaplus Denia office to rent a car that we needed for 3 more days exactly until July 9, at the office we were assisted by Mr. Mariano, we explained our case that we needed it but on Sunday the 9th we traveled back to our country and as we were doing to deliver it, we asked if a family member could do it, who immediately said YES... That without problem we reiterated the question and he said YES that they could deliver it on Monday to the Madrid office, for this reason we canceled 1 more day so that we would not have any inconvenience and would not have problems with the refund of the deposit he said that there was no problem. Indeed, our relative went to deliver it on July 10 and when he arrived they gave him a problem saying that he couldn't deliver it and that my husband had to do it directly, but obviously it couldn't be done because we were already in Colombia we had no option, they tried in a different way. very rude to my family member until they finally received it, but they withheld our deposit and charged us an additional cost because someone else delivered it, having said Mr. Mariano that there was no problem. That same day I had to call him to tell him why this was happening and he retracted what he had told me... He said that he had told us to change flights... Which is a lie and absurd, if he had said this we would go and look for another rental company. Finally they refunded the deposit but charged us for having someone else deliver the car.
